Claims (3)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴계 고분자 수지 78-80 중량부, 펄프 첨가제 9-11 중량부, 펄프 분말 첨가제 9-11 중량부, 무기 필러 9-11 중량부 및 가소화제 0.8-1.2 중량부를 혼합하여 바이오 플라스틱 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 바이오 플라스틱 조성물을 일축 또는 이축 압출기로 용융 압출하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 펄프 첨가제는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 아크릴계 공중합체가 코팅되고, 평균길이가 300-800 ㎛이고, 평균직경이 30-100 ㎛인 펄프이고,
상기 펄프 분말 첨가제는 상기 펄프를 평균입경 30-80 ㎛로 분쇄하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 펄프 고분자 활용 바이오 플라스틱 제조 방법:
