Claims (7)
- 소정의 틈을 가지고 배치되며 내부와 표면이 미세한 다공성 구조로 이루어진 다수의 판상의 경량 콘크리트재 블록;
상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록의 양면 중 적어도 일면에 도포되고 이웃하는 경량 콘크리트재 블록 사이의 틈에 채워지는 폴리머 모르타르 바인더; 및
상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록의 적어도 일면에 도포된 폴리머 모르타르 바인더에 펼쳐져서 배치되는 메시 부재;
를 포함하여,
이웃하는 상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록 사이 틈에는 폴리머 모르타르 바인더가 굳어져 갈비살보강(Rib Stiffener) 뼈대부가 형성되고 상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록 표면에는 폴리머 모르타르 바인더가 굳어져 표면보강층(Surface Stiffener)이 형성되어 상기 표면보강층이 뼈대부와 일체화되며,
경량 콘크리트재 블록과 폴리머 모르타르 바인더 사이의 접착력을 증대시키기 위해 상기 경량 콘크리트 블록의 표면에 도포되는 접착 촉진제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 모르타르 바인더는 시멘트 모르타르에 SBR, EVA 또는 Acrylic Emulsion 성분으로 이루어진 폴리머를 배합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착 촉진제는 폴리비닐아세테이트 단독중합체 고분자수지 에멀전(Polyvinyl Acetate Homopolymer Resinious Emulsion)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드. - 제1항에 있어서,
폴리머 모르타르 바인더 또는 메시 부재 상에는 보강용지 또는 비닐이 합지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록의 타면에는 폴리머 모르타르 바인더를 개재하여 컬러강판이 합지되며, 상기 컬러강판은 상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록의 둘레면을 감싸도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
임의의 2개의 상기 경량 콘크리트재 블록 사이에 고정부 경성 블록이 틈을 두고 배치되며, 상기 고정부 경성 블록은 벽부 및 천정 고정수단이 삽입되는 체결홈 슬롯이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 합성보드.
