Claims (27)
- 중량% 로, 다음의 원소들:

상기 강판의 미세조직은 면적 분율로 10 내지 60% 베이나이트, 25 내지 55% 페라이트, 5% 내지 15% 잔류 오스테나이트 및 5% 내지 18% 마르텐사이트를 포함하고, 잔류 오스테나이트 중 탄소 함량이 0.7% 내지 1% 이며, 베이나이트와 페라이트의 누적량이 적어도 70% 이고,
상기 강판은 780 MPa 이상의 극한 인장 강도 및 18% 이상의 총 연신율을 갖는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.1% 내지 0.4% 의 규소를 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.12% 내지 0.19% 의 탄소를 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.2% 내지 0.8% 의 알루미늄을 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 1.7% 내지 2.08% 의 망간을 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.1% 내지 0.4% 의 크롬을 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 1.8% 내지 2.08% 의 망간을 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.14% 내지 0.18% 의 탄소를 포함하는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄소와 망간의 누적량이 2.1% 내지 2.25% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
페라이트와 베이나이트의 누적량이 74% 이상이고, 페라이트의 백분율이 적어도 30% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
잔류 오스테나이트의 탄소 함량이 0.7% 내지 0.9% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
잔류 오스테나이트의 탄소 함량이 0.7% 내지 0.8% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
베이나이트가 20% 내지 60% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
마르텐사이트가 5% 내지 15% 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강판은 800 MPa 이상의 극한 인장 강도 및 20% 이상의 총 연신율을 갖는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 780 MPa 이상의 극한 인장 강도 및 18% 이상의 총 연신율을 갖는 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
다음의 연속적인 단계들:
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강 조성을 제공하는 단계;
- 상기 강 조성을 갖는 강의 반제품을 1000℃ 내지 1280℃ 의 온도로 재가열하는 단계;
- 열간 압연 마무리 온도를 Ac3 초과로 하여 상기 반제품을 Ac3 내지 Ac3 + 100℃ 의 온도 범위에서 압연하여, 열간 압연 강을 수득하는 단계;
- 상기 열간 압연 강을 30 ℃/s 초과의 냉각 속도로 475℃ 내지 650℃ 의 코일링 온도까지 냉각시키고; 상기 열간 압연 강을 코일링하는 단계;
- 상기 열간 압연 강을 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계;
- 선택적으로, 열간 압연 강판에서 스케일 제거 공정을 수행하는 단계;
- 선택적으로, 400℃ 내지 750℃ 에서 열간 압연 강판에 어닐링을 수행하는 단계;
- 선택적으로, 상기 열간 압연 강판에서 스케일 제거 공정을 수행하는 단계;
- 상기 열간 압연 강판을 35 내지 90% 의 압하율로 냉간 압연하여, 냉간 압연 강판을 수득하는 단계;
- 적어도 3 ℃/s 의 가열 속도 (HR1) 로, 실온에서부터 600℃ 내지 750℃ 의 온도 (T1) 까지 상기 강판을 가열하는 것에서 시작하는 제 1 단계,
HR1 보다 낮은 15 ℃/s 이하의 가열 속도 (HR2) 로, T1 으로부터 Ac1 내지 Ac3 의 소킹 온도 (T2) 까지 상기 강판을 더 가열하는 것에서 시작하는 제 2 단계
의 2 단계 가열로 상기 냉간 압연 강판을 어닐링하는 단계;
- 그 다음, 10 내지 500 초 동안 T2 에서 어닐링을 수행하는 단계;
- 그 다음, 상기 냉간 압연 강판을 T2 로부터 375℃ 내지 480℃ 의 과시효 온도 (Tover) 까지 적어도 10℃/s 의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각시키는 단계로서, 여기서의 냉각은 저속 냉각 속도가 2℃/s 이하인 T2 와 600℃ 내지 750℃ 의 온도 (Tsc) 사이의 선택적인 저속 냉각 하위 단계를 포함할 수 있는, 상기 냉각시키는 단계;
- 그 다음, 상기 냉간 압연 강판을 5 내지 500 초 동안 Tover 에서 과시효시키고, 코팅을 용이하게 하기 위해 420℃ 내지 460℃ 의 온도 범위로 되게 하는 단계;
- 그 다음, 상기 냉간 압연 강판을 코팅하여, 냉간 압연 코팅된 강판을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 코일링 온도가 475℃ 내지 625℃ 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
마무리 압연 온도가 850℃ 초과인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 냉간 압연 강판을 T2 로부터 375℃ 내지 480℃ 의 과시효 온도 (Tover) 까지 냉각시키는 단계의 상기 평균 냉각 속도가 15℃/s 초과인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
T2 가 Ac1+30℃ 내지 Ac3 이고, T2 가 어닐링의 종료 시에 적어도 60% 의 오스테나이트의 존재를 보장하도록 선택되는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 22 항에 있어서,
T2 가 Ac1+30℃ 내지 Ac3 이고, T2 가 어닐링의 종료 시에 적어도 70% 의 오스테나이트의 존재를 보장하도록 선택되는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
과시효 온도 (Tover) 가 380℃ 내지 460℃ 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
냉간 압연 강판을 가열하는 상기 제 1 단계가 650℃ 내지 750℃ 의 온도 (T1) 에서 끝나며, 가열 속도 (HR1) 가 적어도 5℃/s 인, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항, 제 11 항 내지 제 15 항 및 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판은 차량의 구조 또는 안전 부품의 제조를 위해 사용되는, 냉간 압연 및 코팅된 강판. - 제 26 항에 따라 수득된 부품을 포함하는 차량.
