- 두께가 8㎛ 이하이고 단체 투과율이 44.0% 이상이며 편광도가 99.50% 이상인 편광막의 제조 방법으로서,
장척상의 열가소성 수지 기재의 편측에 요오드화물 또는 염화나트륨과 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하여 적층체로 하는 것, 및
상기 적층체에, 공중 보조 연신 처리와, 염색 처리와, 수중 연신 처리와, 길이 방향으로 반송하면서 가열함으로써 폭 방향으로 2% 이상 수축시키는 건조 수축 처리를 이 순서대로 실시하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층에서의 상기 요오드화물 또는 염화나트륨의 함유량이 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 5중량부∼20중량부인, 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
