Claims (13)
- 금속 집전체의 일면 또는 양면에 제1 전극 합제층이 도포된 유지부 영역, 및 상기 유지부 영역에서 일방향으로 돌출되어 형성되되 제1 전극 합제층이 도포되지 않은 제1 전극 탭을 포함하되, 유지부 영역 중 일부 영역에 제1 전극 합제층이 도포되지 않은 무지부 영역이 형성된 제1 전극;
제1 전극의 무지부 영역을 커버하되, 상기 무지부 영역보다 큰 면적으로 형성된 제1 서브 분리막;
제1 전극의 무지부 영역에 대등되는 위치에 형성되되, 제1 전극의 유지부 영역에서 일방향으로 돌출되도록 형성된 제1 단락 전극;
제1 및 제2 전극의 유지부 영역을 커버하도록 양 전극 사이에 개재된 메인 분리막;
상기 제1 전극의 무지부 영역에 대응되는 위치에 형성되되, 제2 전극의 유지부 영역에서 일방향으로 돌출되도록 형성된 제2 단락 전극;
제2 전극의 무지부 영역을 커버하되, 상기 무지부 영역보다 큰 면적으로 형성된 제2 서브 분리막; 및
금속 집전체의 일면 또는 양면에 제2 전극 합제층이 도포된 유지부 영역, 및 상기 유지부 영역에서 일방향으로 돌출되어 형성되되 제2 전극 합제층이 도포되지 않은 제2 전극 탭을 포함하되, 유지부 영역 중 일부 영역에 제2 전극 합제층이 도포되지 않은 무지부 영역이 형성된 제2 전극을 포함하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 단락 전극은 각각 다공성 금속 호일로 형성된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 단락 전극은 각각 공극율이 50%(v/v) 이상인 다공성 금속 호일로 형성된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 서브 분리막은 제1 단락 전극이 제1 전극의 유지부 영역에서 돌출된 방향과 반대 방향으로 연장되어 형성된 구조이고,
제2 서브 분리막은 제2 단락 전극이 제2 전극의 유지부 영역에서 돌출된 방향과 반대 방향으로 연장되어 형성된 구조인 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 전극에서, 제1 및 제2 전극 탭은 각각 독립적으로 유지부 영역에서 일방향 또는 상기 일방향과 반대되는 방향으로 돌출된 구조이고,
제1 및 제2 단락 전극은, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극 탭이 돌출된 방향과 수직되는 타방향으로 돌출된 구조이고,
제1 및 제2 서브 분리막은 제1 및 제2 단락 전극이 돌출된 방향과 반대 방향으로 연장 형성된 구조인 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 셀은, 제1 전극, 메인 분리막 및 제2 전극이 순차 형성된 단위 적층체가 반복된 구조의 전극 조립체를 포함하며,
상기 단위 적층체 중 어느 하나 이상은,
제1 전극; 제1 서브 분리막; 제1 단락 전극; 메인 분리막; 제2 단락 전극; 제2 서브 분리막; 및 제2 전극이 순차 형성된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 단위 적층체와 단위 적층체 사이에 개재된 메인 분리막을 더 포함하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 서브 분리막은 필름 재질의 다공성 원단으로 형성된 원단 분리막 구조이고,
메인 분리막은 원단 분리막의 일면 또는 양면에 무기 입자가 분산 도포된 안전성 강화 분리막 구조인 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 전극의 금속 집전체와 제1 단락 전극은 동종의 재질로 형성되고,
제2 전극의 금속 집전체와 제2 단락 전극은 동종의 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 전극에서,
유지부 영역 중 무지무 영역이 형성된 면적 비율은 5 내지 15% 범위인 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전지 셀은 파우치형 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 단락 평가용 전지 셀.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지 셀을 이용한 전지 셀의 내부 단락 평가 방법에 있어서,
전지 셀의 충방전 중, 제1 및 제2 단락 전극을 서로 전기적으로 연결한 상태에서, 제1 및 제2 서브 분리막을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 전지 셀의 내부 단락 평가 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 서브 분리막을 제거하는 단계는,
제1 및 제2 서브 분리막은 제1 및 제2 단락 전극이 돌출된 방향과 반대 방향으로 연장 형성된 구조이고, 제1 및 제2 서브 분리막의 연장된 부분을 잡고 인출하는 과정을 통해 수행하는 전지 셀의 내부 단락 평가 방법.
