Abstract
본 발명의 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프는 온도 변화 등의 원인에 따른 압전 액츄에이터의 거동 특성의 변화하더라도 그에 대응하여 인가 전압을 조정할 수 있도록 함으로써 정확한 점성 용액 토출 특성을 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

- 펌프 몸체;
상기 펌프 몸체에 설치된 힌지축에 대해 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 레버와, 상기 레버의 회전에 따라 승강 운동하도록 상기 레버에 연결되는 밸브 로드를 갖는 밸브 작동 부재;
전압이 인가되면 길이가 길어지면서 상기 레버를 가압하여 상기 레버를 상기 힌지축을 중심으로 회전시키도록 상기 힌지축을 사이에 두고 서로 나란하게 배치되어 끝부분이 상기 레버에 접촉 가능하게 상기 펌프 몸체에 설치되는 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터;
상기 밸브 로드의 끝부분이 삽입되고 용액이 저장되는 저장부, 상기 저장부로 상기 용액이 유입되는 유입구, 상기 밸브 로드의 상기 저장부에서의 진퇴 운동에 따라 상기 저장부의 용액이 배출되는 노즐을 구비하는 밸브 몸체;
상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터의 작동 변위를 검출하기 위해 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터에 각각 설치되는 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서; 및
상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터 및 상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터가 작동하도록 전압을 인가하고, 상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서로부터 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터의 작동 변위에 대한 검출 신호를 제공받는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서에서 각각 검출된 변위 측정값의 합이 기준 설정값으로 유지되도록 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터에 대한 공급 전압을 변화시키는 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서로부터 수신한 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터의 작동 변위가 미리 설정된 기준 설정값과 차이가 있으면 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터에 대한 공급 전압을 변화시켜 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터의 작동 변위를 미리 설정된 기준 설정값으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서의 측정값을 수신하여 실시간으로 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터에 대한 인가 전압을 제어하는 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프. - 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터가 서로 교대로 신축 작동하도록 상기 한 쌍의 압전 액츄에이터에 각각 전압을 인가하는 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 작동 부재의 작동 변위를 검출하기 위해, 상기 펌프 몸체에 설치되는 레버 변위 센서;를 더 포함하는 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 변위 검출 센서는, 스트레인 게이지인 저이력 구동이 가능한 압전 펌프.
