The ladder part (50) is connected to either the upper assembly part (30) or the workspace part (40), and a worker can step on it and move up and down. For example, the ladder part (50) may include a pair of first ladder parts (51) connected to the upper connection part (32) and having a length extending up and down, and a second ladder part (52) having both ends connected to the first ladder part (51) to serve as a stepping stone. The ladder part (50) may extend from the upper end to the lower end of the upper assembly part (30). Accordingly, when the upper assembly parts (30) are stacked, the ladder parts (50) mounted on each upper assembly part (30) are arranged in series with each other, so that a worker can move the stacked upper assembly parts (30) through the ladder parts (50). In addition, the ladder part (50) may further include a third ladder part (53) that is joined at both ends to the first ladder part (51) and is bent to surround the worker.

Meanwhile, a passage hole (49) may be formed in a part of the work safety section (42) so that a worker can move through the ladder section (50), and a work door section (44) for opening and closing the passage hole (49) may or may not be installed as needed.

A modular steel tower (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a safety rail portion (60). The safety rail portion (60) is mounted on the ladder portion (50) and connected to a worker to prevent the worker from falling. For example, the safety rail portion (60) may be arranged between the first ladder portion (51) with a length corresponding to the first ladder portion (51) and may be connected to the second ladder portion (52). By hanging the ring of the safety belt that the worker is wearing on the safety rail portion (60), the worker can prevent a falling accident while getting on and off using the ladder portion (50).
