Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 비교예의 마이크로니들 패치의 제조방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에서 사용된 고경도의 생체적합형 생분해성 고분자 용액을 건조시킨 도막의 압축강도 측정 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에서 사용된 연성의 생체적합형 생분해성 고분자 용액을 건조시킨 도막의 압축강도 측정 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예에서 제조된 마이크로니들 패치의 니들 구조 성형성, 피부투과성, 생분해성, 외관 형태 및 취급성의 비교 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
본 발명의 다층 마이크로니들에 있어서, 상기 히알루론산과 그의 염형태의 고분자, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVAc), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리프로필렌글리콜(PPG), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 폴리프로필렌옥사이드(PPO), 폴리아크릴아마이드(PAAm), 폴리메타아크릴산, 셀룰로오스, 폴리펩타이드, 폴리락트산(PLA), 폴리락타이드(PL), 폴리글리콜산(PGA), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 글루칸, 젤라틴, 콜라겐펩타이드, 덱스트란, 카보머, 로커스트콩검, 잔탄검, 구아검, 담마검, 알긴산, 키토산, 키틴, 펙틴, 피브린, 아가로스, 풀루란, 폴리라이신, 콘드로이틴 설페이트, 카라기난 및 상기 고분자를 형성하는 단량체들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 사용할 수 있다.

- 니들 모양의 홈을 갖는 음각 몰드 내에 생체적합형 생분해성 고분자를 포함하는 용액을 원하는 층 높이에 맞게 주입하는 제1단계;
주입된 용액을 진공 분위기에서 탈포 및 건조시킴으로써 상단부층을 형성하는 제2단계;
상기 상단부층이 형성된 후 상기 상단부층을 형성하기 위해 주입된 생체적합형 생분해성 고분자보다 낮은 압축 강도와 경도를 가지는 용액을 주입하는 단계;
상기 주입된 용액을 진공 분위기에서 탈포 및 건조시킴으로써 하단부층을 형성하는 제3단계; 및
형성된 마이크로니들의 하단부에 점착필름에 붙여, 음각 몰드로부터 마이크로니들을 이형 박리하는 제4단계;를 포함하고,
상기 하단부층은, 몰딩 공정 이후에 속건조가 가능하도록 상기 상단부층보다 고점성을 가지도록 희석되는,
다층 마이크로니들 패치의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 니들 모양의 홈을 갖는 음각 몰드는 실리콘 고분자, 불소 고분자, 자외선경화형 고분자, 열경화성 고분자, 열가소성 고분자, 세라믹 산화물 및 금속성의 무기물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 제작된 것인, 다층 마이크로니들 패치의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 니들 모양의 홈을 갖는 음각 몰드는 플라즈마(plasma) 처리, SAM(self-assembly monolayer) 처리 및 표면증착으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 표면처리 공정으로 처리된 것인, 다층 마이크로니들 패치의 제조방법.
