Claims (25)
- 자기 부상 전기 모터이며:
전기자 및 전기자의 대향 축방향 측면들 상의 하나 이상의 영구 자석을 포함하는 회전자;
회전자와 실질적으로 동축이고, 전기자와 축방향으로 정렬된 구동 자석 및 구동 자석의 대향 축방향 측면들 상에 위치설정된 하나 이상의 상보적인 영구 자석을 포함하는 고정자;
회전자의 축방향 단부 상에 위치설정된 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석;
밀어냄/당김 자석과의 상호작용에 의해 회전자를 위치 설정점에 위치설정하도록 구성되고, 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석으로부터 축방향으로 오프셋되어 있는, 고정자의 축방향 단부 상에 위치설정된 위치결정 전자석; 및
회전자의 축방향 단부를 지지하도록 구성된, 고정자의 축방향 단부에 위치설정된 영구적인 상승 자석을 포함하고,

회전자의 축방향 단부 상에 위치설정된 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석; 및
고정자의 축방향 단부 상에 위치설정되고, 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석과 실질적으로 동축이고, 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석으로부터 축방향으로 오프셋되어 있고, 밀어냄/당김 자석과의 상호작용에 의해 회전자를 위치 설정점에 위치설정하도록 구성된, 위치결정 전자석을 포함하고,
하나 이상의 상보적인 영구 자석 중 적어도 하나는 위치결정 전자석과 구동 자석 사이에 위치되는, 전기 모터. - 제10항에 있어서,
고정자 내에 위치설정된 위치 센서 및 위치 센서에 인접하여 회전자 내에 위치설정된 위치 표시부를 더 포함하는, 전기 모터. - 제11항에 있어서,
위치 센서로부터 위치 측정값을 수신하도록 구성된 전자 제어기를 더 포함하는, 전기 모터. - 제12항에 있어서,
전자 제어기는 위치 센서로부터의 위치 측정값에 기초하여 위치결정 전자석의 제어 매개변수를 변경하도록 구성되는, 전기 모터. - 제13항에 있어서,
전자 제어기는 위치 센서로부터의 위치 측정값에 기초하여 위치결정 전자석에 대한 전력을 조정하도록 구성되는, 전기 모터. - 자기 부상 전기 모터의 축방향 위치를 제어하는 방법이며:
회전자 상에 위치설정된 위치결정 자석과 고정자 상에 위치설정된 위치결정 전자석 사이의 자기력을 통해 고정자 내에 반경방향으로 위치설정된 회전자 상에 축방향 힘을 유도하는 단계로서, 위치결정 전자석은 회전자와 실질적으로 동축이고 위치결정 자석으로부터 축방향으로 오프셋되어 있는, 단계;
고정자에 대한 회전자의 축방향 위치를 측정하는 단계; 및
위치결정 영구 자석 상의 축방향 힘을 변경하기 위해 위치결정 전자석에 대한 전압을 조정하는 단계를 포함하고,
자기 부상 전기 모터의 축방향 단부에는 영구적인 상승 자석이 위치설정되어 있으며, 영구적인 상승 자석은 회전자의 축방향 단부를 지지하고 영구적인 상승 자석에 대해 회전자의 축방향 위치가 변경함에 따라 회전자 상의 축방향 부하를 변경하도록 구성되는, 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
위치결정 자석과 영구적인 상승 자석 사이의 반경방향 자기력을 통해 회전자의 축방향 단부 상에 반경방향 힘을 유도하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
고정자 내의 구동 자석에 대한 전류를 측정하는 단계; 및
영구적인 상승 자석에 의해 유도된 반경방향 힘이 중력에 의해 유도된 부하를 최소화시키는 위치에 회전자의 축방향 단부를 위치설정하기 위해 축방향 위치 설정점을 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
위치결정 전자석에 대한 전압을 조정하는 단계는 위치결정 전자석에 대한 전압의 극성을 역전시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
고정자에 대한 회전자의 축방향 위치를 측정하는 단계는 고정자 내의 위치 센서로부터 위치 측정값을 수신하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
위치 센서로부터 위치 측정값을 수신하는 단계는 회전자 내의 위치 표시부의 위치 센서에 대한 근접도를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 모터 제어 시스템이며:
제어기;
고정자에 대한 자기 부상 회전자의 축방향 위치를 검출하도록 구성된 축방향 위치 센서;
고정자에 결합된 전자기적 축방향 위치설정 자석 및 회전자에 연결된 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석을 포함하는 위치설정 자석 조립체; 및
자기 부상 모터의 축방향 단부 상에 위치설정된 영구적인 상승 자석으로서, 상기 영구적인 상승 자석은 회전자의 축방향 단부를 지지하고 영구적인 상승 자석에 대해 회전자의 축방향 위치가 변경함에 따라 회전자 상의 축방향 부하를 변경하도록 구성되는, 영구적인 자석을 포함하고,
상기 제어기는 축방향 위치 설정점과 축방향 위치 센서로부터의 신호 사이의 비교에 응답하여 전자기적 축방향 위치설정 자석에 대한 전기 신호를 변경하고, 전자기적 축방향 위치설정 자석과 영구적인 밀어냄/당김 자석 사이의 상호 작용에 의해 유도된 반경방향 부하에 기초하여 축방향 위치 설정점을 변경하도록 구성되는, 모터 제어 시스템. - 제21항에 있어서,
축방향 위치 센서는 자기적 근접도 센서, 홀 센서, 초음파 센서, 유도 센서, 레이저 센서, 광 센서, 용량형 센서, 및 적외선 센서 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 모터 제어 시스템. - 제21항에 있어서,
모터 제어 시스템의 구동 자석에 대한 전류를 검출하도록 구성되는 전류 센서를 더 포함하는, 모터 제어 시스템. - 제21항에 있어서,
