The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing paper packaging materials using an eco-friendly coating agent, and to paper packaging materials manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing paper packaging materials using an eco-friendly coating agent that can be easily decomposed and utilized as an eco-friendly material together with the eco-friendly coating agent, and to paper packaging materials manufactured thereby, by forming a coating layer by applying an eco-friendly special coating solution to paper, and performing a die-cutting operation so that the coated surfaces of first and second packaging paper face each other so that the cutting lines intersect each other, and further installing a third packaging paper to block the empty space between the first and second packaging papers, and then integrally bonding the first, second, and third packaging papers while applying heat using a press mold to process paper packaging materials for storing goods.

In general, paper products are increasingly being used as disposable items, such as paper cups, paper packaging materials, etc., by applying a coating liquid at high temperature and high pressure to the surface of paper products and using them as disposable cups or packaging materials for items.

In the past, plastic cups and plastic packaging products were mainly used instead of paper products, but as environmental pollution issues have become a problem, they are being replaced with paper products such as paper cups that can easily decompose when discarded in nature. Furthermore, even plastic straws are being replaced with paper straws that can easily decompose because they are said to be harmful to the environment.

However, in order to maintain rigidity while preventing moisture or oil from penetrating the surface of the paper product, a polyester (PE) coating solution or a PLA coating solution is mainly applied to at least one side.

However, PE coating liquid and PLA coating liquid applied to the surface of the paper secrete eco-friendly hormones in hot water and do not decompose well in nature when discarded, causing environmental pollution.

In addition, in the past, plastic inner storage cases were mainly used for storing cosmetics or food due to their low price and ease of mold production. Plastics do not easily decompose when disposed of in nature, so they must be separated and recycled. In addition, as disposal sites have gradually decreased, recycling has become increasingly difficult due to the garbage crisis, and there are various problems.

Therefore, there is a need to improve this.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 8, a method for manufacturing paper packaging material using an eco-friendly coating agent according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a coating base paper preparation step (S10), a packaging paper processing step (S20), a paper packaging material forming step (S30), and a paper packaging material supply step (S40).

Referring to FIG. 2, a paper packaging material (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is manufactured by coating a coated paper (2) having a coating layer (200) applied to the surface of the paper and used as a packaging material for an article (8). In the past, when a packaging material made of a polyethylene coating layer was used, biodegradability was significantly reduced, making it difficult to decompose in nature, which caused a problem of polluting the natural environment. However, a paper packaging material (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed in an upper and lower case (4) (6) and used as an internal storage case for storing articles (8), such as cosmetics and food containers. By replacing the internal storage case, which was previously made of a synthetic resin material that does not decompose easily, with a paper material, the paper coating agent is also used as an eco-friendly material along with the paper, so that environmental pollution can be prevented when the paper is disposed of.

The coating base preparation step (S10) is a step of preparing a coating base (2) in which an eco-friendly paper coating agent is formed as a coating layer (200) on at least one side of the paper.

If this component is excessive, the aqueous dispersion characteristics become too excessive, so they should be properly maintained. If this component is properly maintained, water resistance, oil resistance, heat sealability, and alkaline dissociation properties can be excellently maintained. A small amount of alkaline components can be contained in water to improve dissociation properties when mixed with each component.

Acrylic emulsion maintains hardness in the coating layer (200).

In this case, the second coating layer (210) of the first packaging paper (110) is positioned so that it faces upward, the third coating layer (230) of the third packaging paper (130) is positioned so that it faces downward on the upper side of the first packaging paper (110), and the second coating layer (120) of the second packaging paper (120) is positioned so that it faces downward on the upper side of the third packaging paper (130). Therefore, the second coating layer (210) of the first packaging paper (110) and the second coating layer (220) of the second packaging paper (120) may be configured to adhere to each other through the empty space of the third packaging paper (130).

The goods storage section (300) comprises a first side bottom support section (310) formed by a first cutting line (312) in the first packaging paper (110) and provided in the receiving space of the goods storage section (300) to be folded by a first side contact line (314), a second side bottom support section (320) formed by a second cutting line (322) in the second packaging paper (120) to be folded by a second side contact line (324) corresponding to the first side contact line (314) so that a second coating layer (220) partially overlaps and is thermally fused to the first coating layer (210) of the first side bottom support section (310) while facing in the opposite direction to the first side bottom support section (310), It includes an upper support portion (330) that is folded by the upper folding line (332) of the third packaging paper (130) and has a third coating layer partially bonded to the first and second side bottom support portions (310)(320) to block an upper surface of an accommodation space formed by the first and second side bottom support portions (310)(320), and a lower support portion (340) that is folded by the lower folding line (342) of the third packaging paper (330) and has a third coating layer (230) partially bonded to the first and second side bottom support portions (310)(320) to block a lower surface of an accommodation space formed by the first and second side bottom support portions (310)(320).

The first side floor support members (310) are formed in multiple numbers alternately on one side of the goods storage section (300) and the other side of the goods storage section (300) by a zigzag first cutting line (312) in the first packaging paper (110).

The second side bottom support portion (320) can be formed alternately on the other side and one side of the goods storage portion (300) by a zigzag second cutting line (322) on the second packaging paper (120) so as to correspond to the first cutting line (312) of the first packaging paper (110).

The first side floor support member (310) and the second side floor support member (320) are formed in opposite directions to overlap and support the floor and side of the storage space of the goods storage unit (300).

The first side floor support member (310) and the second side floor support member (320) overlap each other by a set width (a) to form the floor and side of the receiving space. As a result, the receiving space of the goods storage unit (300) may not look good because the upper and lower sides are left as open spaces, but by blocking them through the upper surface support member (330) and the lower surface support member (340) of the third packaging paper (130), the empty open space in the receiving space of the goods storage unit (300) is blocked, so the receiving space looks neat and the appearance of the paper packaging material (10) can be improved.

Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of Figure 2, showing the first, second, and third packaging papers pressed by a press mold and then disassembled to manufacture paper packaging material.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the first side bottom support member (310) is repeatedly formed in a cross-like manner in the vertical longitudinal direction so as to be bent downward from the left to the right or from the right to the left of the first packaging paper (110), and the second side bottom support member (320) is repeatedly formed in a cross-like manner in the vertical longitudinal direction so as to be bent downward from the right to the left or from the left to the right of the second packaging paper (120).

The first coating layer (210) formed on a portion of the upper surface of the first side bottom support member (310) is heat-fused to the second coating layer (220) formed on the lower surface of the second side bottom support member (320), thereby forming a receiving space that supports the left and right sides and the lower surface of the article (8). The article storage section (300) is formed by the upper mold member (510) and the lower mold member (520) of the press mold (500) described below.

The first and second side bottom support parts (310)(320) located in the leftmost goods storage part (300) and the rightmost goods auxiliary part (300), respectively, can be formed so that the first and second cutting lines (312)(322) and the first and second side joining lines (312)(324) are mutually symmetrical left and right based on the center line of the paper packaging material (10).

In addition, the first and second side bottom support parts (310)(320) located in the leftmost item storage section (300) and the rightmost item auxiliary section (300) may be formed in such a way that the first and second cutting lines (312)(322) cross each other on the left and right sides in a zigzag shape as they go up and down the longitudinal direction of the paper packaging material (10). Of course, the first and second side bottom support parts (310)(320) located in the leftmost item storage section (300) and the rightmost item auxiliary section (300) may be formed on only one side of the left or right side like the first and second side bottom support parts (310)(320) of the item storage section (300) in the middle.

The width (a) of the overlapping portion of the first side floor support portion (310) and the second side floor support portion (320) is characterized by having a gap in the range of 10 to 50% of the width (b) of the storage space of the item storage portion (300). Of course, the width of the storage space of the item storage portions (300) on the left and right sides of the item storage portion (300) may be formed larger than the width of the storage space of the item auxiliary portion (300) in the middle portion.

Meanwhile, if the width (a) of the overlapping portion of the first side bottom support portion (310) and the second side bottom support portion (320) is too narrow compared to the width (b) of the storage space of the item storage portion (300), the overlapping support force of the first side bottom support portion (310) and the second side bottom support portion (320) is weak, so that the first side bottom support portion (310) and the second side bottom support portion (320) can be easily separated, and if the width (a) of the overlapping portion of the first side bottom support portion (310) and the second side bottom support portion (320) is too wide compared to the width (b) of the storage space of the item storage portion (300), there is a problem that the storage space of the item storage portion (300) becomes narrow, so it is necessary to appropriately adjust the overlapping ratio.

In the step of forming the paper packaging material (10) by combining the first, second, and third packaging papers (110), (120), and (130) while applying pressure with a press mold (500), a border folding part (400) is further provided so that it can be folded.

The border folding part (400) includes an upper folding part (410) that forms an upper border of the paper packaging material (10) and is folded by an upper folding line (412), a lower folding part (420) that forms a lower border of the paper packaging material (10) and is provided on the opposite side of the upper folding part (410) and is folded by a lower folding line (422), a left folding part (430) that forms a left border of the paper packaging material (10) and is folded by a left folding line (432), and a right folding part (40) that forms a right border of the paper packaging material (10) and is provided on the opposite side of the left folding part (430) and is folded by a right folding line (442).

In the step of forming the joint and storage section (S34), the press mold (500) includes an upper mold member (510) in which a plurality of pressurizing protrusions (512) are formed to protrude to form a receiving space for the storage section (300), and a lower mold member (520) in which a plurality of recessed grooves (522) corresponding to the pressurizing protrusions (512) of the upper mold member (510) are formed.

The upper mold member (510) is provided with a press mold lifting drive mechanism (not shown), which is schematically illustrated, and is raised and lowered while continuously pressurizing the first packaging paper (110), the second packaging paper (120), and the third packaging paper (130) between the lower mold member (520) to form the product storage section (300) and the border folding section (400) by thermally fusing the first coating layer (210), the second coating layer (220), and the third coating layer (230) with high-frequency heat.
