Description
Claims (21)
- 조성물로서,
하나 이상의 실록산 중합체, 실리콘 수지, 실리콘계 탄성중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 결합제로서, 상기 결합제는 규소-결합된 가수분해성 기를 함유하는 실란 및/또는 실록산을 포함하는 하나 이상의 가교결합제 성분을 선택적으로 포함하는, 상기 결합제; 및
ASTM E1225-13에 의해 결정되는 20℃ 및 대기압에서의 열전도도가 0.001 내지 0.15 W/m·K이고 ISO 9277 방법에 의해 결정되는 비표면적(SBET)이 200 내지 1500 m2/g인 하나 이상의 무정형 다공성 친수성 실리카(들), 하나 이상의 친수성 에어로겔(들) 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔
을 포함하며,
상기 결합제는 물 중의 용액, 에멀젼, 또는 분산액이고,
상기 조성물은 1.0 내지 20.0 중량%의 상기 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔과 80.0 내지 99.0 중량%의 상기 결합제를 포함하고,
상기 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔의 다공도는 90% 초과인, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 다공성 친수성 실리카는 ASTM D4222 - 03(2015)e1 또는 ASTM D4641-12에 의해 결정되는 기공 크기 분포가 0.1 내지 100 nm인, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 에어로겔은 무기 또는 유기 에어로겔이고, 여기서, 상기 무기 또는 유기 에어로겔은 실리카 에어로겔, 마그네시아 에어로겔, 티타니아 에어로겔, 지르코니아 에어로겔, 알루미나 에어로겔, 크로미아 에어로겔, 이산화주석 에어로겔, 이산화리튬 에어로겔, 세리아 에어로겔, 오산화바나듐 에어로겔, 또는 이들 둘 이상의 혼합물, 또는 유기 탄소 함유 중합체에 기초한 에어로겔(탄소 에어로겔)일 수 있는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는, 하나 이상의 또는 2개 이상의 카르비놀 기(C-OH), 실라놀 기(Si-OH), Si-가수분해성 기 또는 이들의 조합을 갖는, 하나 이상의 실록산 중합체 및/또는 실리콘 수지를 함유하는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제4항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 중합체 및/또는 실리콘 수지는, 2개 이상의 실라놀 기, Si-가수분해성 반응성 기, 또는 실라놀 기와 Si-가수분해성 반응성 기를 포함하고, 해당 결합제는 축합 경화성이며 가교결합 화합물, 축합 경화 촉매 및 선택적으로 보강 충전제 또는 비보강 충전제를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는, 하나 이상의 또는 2개 이상의 알케닐 기(Si-알케닐), 규소 결합된 수소(Si-H), 또는 알케닐 기(Si-알케닐)와 규소 결합된 수소(Si-H)를 갖는, 하나 이상의 실록산 중합체 및/또는 실리콘 수지를 함유하는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제6항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는, 하나 이상의 또는 2개 이상의 알케닐 기(Si-알케닐), 규소 결합된 수소, 또는 알케닐 기(Si-알케닐)와 규소 결합된 수소를 갖는, 2개 이상의 실록산 중합체 및/또는 실리콘 수지를 함유하고, 해당 결합제는 부가 경화성이며 가교결합 화합물, Pt족 경화 촉매 및 선택적으로 보강 충전제 또는 비보강 충전제를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용액, 에멀젼 또는 분산액은 계면활성제를 함유하는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 9은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제8항에 있어서, 상기 용액, 분산액 또는 에멀젼 유형 결합제는 상기 결합제의 총 중량을 기준으로 15.0 내지 90.0 중량%, 또는 30.0 내지 60.0 중량%의 용해 액체, 분산 액체, 또는 유화 액체를 함유하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 실리콘계 탄성중합체를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 추가적인 결합제 또는 경질화제를 추가로 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 추가적인 결합제 또는 경질화제는 무기 또는 유기 성분을 포함하고, 상기 무기 또는 유기 성분은 에폭시 수지, 아미노-기 함유 성분, 카르복실산, 아이소시아네이트, 유기 아민, 유기 에폭시 수지, 유기 아이소시아네이트, 유기 카르복실산, 유기 아세탈, 유기 무수물, 유기 알데하이드, 폴리올레핀, 열경화성 성분, 열가소성 성분 또는 이들의 혼합물일 수 있는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 12은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 무기 또는 유기 결합제와 블렌딩되고, 여기서, 상기 무기 또는 유기 결합제는 수계 결합제, 용매계 결합제, 무용매 결합제, 에멀젼 결합제, 고체 상태 결합제, 분말 결합제, 또는 펠렛 결합제일 수 있는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 13은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 5.0 내지 10.0 중량%의 상기 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔과 90.0 내지 95.0 중량%의 상기 결합제를 포함하는, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 14은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔은 레이저 광 산란(ASTM D4464-15)에 의해 결정할 때 평균 크기가 0.5 μm 내지 3000 μm인 집합체(aggregate) 및/또는 응집체(agglomerate) 입자를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 분말 및/또는 겔은, 밀도가 0.02 내지 0.2 g/㎤이고/이거나 ISO 9277 방법에 의해 결정되는 BET 비표면적이 100 m2/g 내지 1500 m2/g 이상, 또는 200 내지 1000 m2/g의 범위이고/이거나 ASTM E1225-13에 의해 결정되는 대기압에서의 열전도도가 0.004 내지 0.05 W/m·K이고/이거나 ASTM D4222 - 03(2015)e1 또는 ASTM D4641-12에 의해 결정되는 기공 크기 분포가 1 내지 75 nm인 무정형 다공성 친수성 실리카 및/또는 친수성 실리카 에어로겔인, 조성물.
- ◈청구항 16은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 증점제, 안료, 추가적인 촉매, 추가적인 보강 또는 비보강 충전제(들), 난연제, 추가적인 물 또는 용매, 폼 안정제(foam stabilizer), 다른 추가적인 절연 충전제, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 또한 포함하고, 상기 절연 충전제는 유리, 유기 재료, 세라믹, 플라스틱, 탄소, 또는 이들의 조합의 중공 구체, 비드 또는 나노튜브를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 조성물 중 상기 첨가제의 양은 총 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 전형적으로 0.1 내지 80 중량%의 범위, 0.1 내지 60 중량%의 범위, 또는 0.1 내지 50 중량%의 범위인, 조성물.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물을 포함하거나 그로 이루어지는 재료로부터 얻어지는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물을 포함하거나 그로 이루어지는 재료로 표면 코팅된 기재.
