Abstract

The present invention relates to a toilet paper case that is easy to cut. The toilet paper case that is easy to cut according to the present invention comprises: a body that is provided with a space inside so as to store toilet paper in a roll shape having a plurality of cutting lines formed at predetermined intervals, one side of which is open; a receiving portion on which a portion of toilet paper pulled out from inside the body can be placed; an operating cover that is rotatably hinged to the open side of the body and has a pressing portion that allows the pulled-out toilet paper to be closely fixed to the body when one side moves in a first direction around the hinge joint point; and when a user rotates the operating cover by pressing one side of the operating cover in the first direction using the pulled-out toilet paper, the pressing portion provided on the other side of the operating cover closely fixes the toilet paper and at the same time, the toilet paper pulled out to the outside is cut at the cutting lines.

Description

{TISSUE CASE WHICH CAN CUT EASILY ROLLED TISSUE}

The present invention relates to a toilet paper case, and more specifically, to a toilet paper case that allows a user to easily cut and use toilet paper of a desired length using only one hand.

When using a commonly used toilet paper case, when using a roll of toilet paper, hold the end of the toilet paper with one hand and take out an appropriate amount to use, and with the other hand, hold the toilet paper so that it does not come out, and then pull the toilet paper with the hand that took it out, and the toilet paper is cut along the tear line.

However, using it this way not only causes the inconvenience of having to use both hands, but also has the problem of unnecessary loss of toilet paper, especially in the case of young children, who have difficulty cutting the toilet paper to a length that can be used.

As a background technology of the present invention, there is a toilet paper roll case that can be cut with one hand, registered in Republic of Korea Utility Model Publication No. 20-0236394. This is characterized by the fact that a plate is installed to prevent toilet paper from being rolled back in a toilet paper roll case having a toilet paper holder, so that toilet paper can be prevented from being rolled back into the toilet paper case, a roller is installed at the toilet paper outlet to help the toilet paper unwind properly regardless of the direction in which it is inserted when changing toilet paper, and a toilet paper cutting edge is formed higher than the toilet paper outlet on the outside of the toilet paper case, so that the toilet paper can be cut with one hand by placing the toilet paper against the cutting edge and pulling it downward.

However, these tissue cases are not easy to cut unless the cutting edge is very sharp, and if the tissue case is not fixed to the floor, there is a problem that the tissue case may fall over due to the force with which the user pulls the tissue, and there is also a problem that the user may get injured when the cutting action is performed at the sharp cutting edge.

As another background technology, a utility model publication number 20-0236442 (toilet paper cutter and toilet paper holder case) registered in the Korean Intellectual Property Office is proposed. This is configured so that when a user pulls downward a tissue that has stretched out to a predetermined length to use the tissue, the tissue passes through an automatic tissue cutter along a rotation-inhibiting bar and a guide section of a tissue rotation-inhibiting section and is released, and when a predetermined amount of tissue is pulled out and the user pulls upward at the end of the tissue, the automatic tissue cutter enters the lower part of the guide line and presses the tissue, and the tissue is cut at the teeth of the automatic tissue cutter by the force of pulling the tissue.

However, although this type of toilet paper holder case using conventional technology has the advantage of allowing the user to cut and use as much toilet paper as desired with just one hand, it also has the problem that the user may get hurt by the sharp teeth of the automatic toilet paper cutting member, and not only is the cutting motion unnatural, but this toilet paper case can only be used as a wall-mounted device and cannot be used on a table.

As in the examples of the above-mentioned prior art, when the tissue cases used in the past are used on a table, the tissue cutting motion is not easy, and when the tissue is quickly grabbed, the cutting motion is not good, so the tissue case is likely to fall over, and in addition, most of them use sharp cutter blades, which are dangerous, and due to the characteristics of the cutter blades, there is a problem that the cutting is not good due to wear when used for a long period of time.

The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper case that is easy to cut, in which a user can easily and reliably cut toilet paper to a desired length with only one hand when cutting toilet paper having a cut line formed in advance, and in which the cutting motion is performed naturally with little force, and in which a cutter blade or saw blade for cutting toilet paper is not required, so that the user does not have to worry about getting hurt.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention comprises a body having an internal space for storing a roll of toilet paper having a plurality of cutting lines formed at a predetermined interval, an opening at one end thereof, a receiving portion on which a portion of toilet paper pulled out from inside the body can be placed, an operating cover which is rotatably hinged to the open end of the body, and has a pressing portion provided at the other end so as to closely fix the pulled-out toilet paper to the body when one end moves in a first direction around the hinge joint point, and when a user rotates the operating cover by pressing one end of the operating cover in the first direction using the pulled-out toilet paper, the pressing portion provided at the other end of the operating cover closely fixes the toilet paper and at the same time, the toilet paper pulled out to the outside is cut at the cutting lines.

In addition, it is preferable that the operating cover is formed with a slip portion that extends downward from one end of the fixing portion by a predetermined length to connect the fixing portion to the pressurizing portion so that the toilet paper can slip when the toilet paper is pulled out from inside the body.

In addition, it is preferable that the body be formed with a pull-out opening through which toilet paper in contact with the slip section can be exposed to the outside.

In addition, it is preferable that one end of the mounting portion connected to the slip portion is provided with a gripping portion formed by protruding from the outer surface of the mounting portion to facilitate gripping of toilet paper.

As described above, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention has the advantage that a user can easily cut and use toilet paper with little force using only one hand.

In addition, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention has the advantage that there is no need for dangerous saw blades or cutter blades that may injure the user, so there is no need to worry about the user being injured by saw blades or cutter blades.

In addition, the toilet paper case according to the present invention has the advantage of being convenient to use because the toilet paper holder positions are arranged in multiple places according to the toilet paper cutting length desired by the user, so that the user can pull out the desired length and cut it at once to use, and has the advantage of saving resources because the toilet paper can be used as much as needed.

In addition, the toilet paper case according to the present invention can be simply manufactured by consisting of at least two parts, so it is very easy to mass-produce and has the advantage of being widely distributed at a low price.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention comprises a body (10) capable of containing toilet paper, and an operating cover (20) hinged to the body to perform a cutting operation for a cutting line (2) of toilet paper (1).

To explain in more detail, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case (100) according to the present invention comprises a body (10) having an interior space formed therein so as to be able to hold a roll of toilet paper (1) having a predetermined section cutting line (2) formed therein and having one side open, and an operating cover (20) having a mounting portion (22) on which toilet paper (1) partially pulled out from the inside of the body (10) can be placed, which is rotatably hinged to one side of the open body (10), and having a pressing portion (24) formed on the other side so as to be able to tightly fix the pulled-out toilet paper to the body when one side is moved in a first direction around the hinge joint point.

In addition, the above-mentioned operating cover (20) may additionally include a cutting force increasing portion (26, 27) protruding upward from the fixing portion (22) so that when the toilet paper (1) cutting operation is in progress, tensile force is concentrated on a part of the toilet paper cutting line (2) to enable cutting.

Therefore, when the user rotates the operating cover (20) by pressing one side of the operating cover (20) in the first direction using the extracted toilet paper (1), the toilet paper (1) is fixed by the pressing part (24) on the other side of the operating cover (20) and the toilet paper (1) extracted to the outside is cut at the cutting line (2).

The above first direction may vary depending on the state in which the toilet paper case is placed or the structure of various embodiments, but in this embodiment, it refers to the direction of the floor or downward direction in which the toilet paper case is placed.

Below, each component is described in detail.

The body (10) has a hexahedral structure overall, an open upper surface, and a space provided inside to accommodate a roll of toilet paper (1) with cut lines (2) formed at regular intervals.

The body (10) is exemplified as having an open upper surface, but various other parts may be opened for convenience without hindering operation.

The body (10) is hinge-connected to the operating cover (20). To this end, hinge holes (11) that can be hinge-connected to hinge axes (21) connected to the left and right ends of the operating cover (20) are formed at the left and right ends of the open upper portion of the body (10). The hinge holes (11) are formed at each of the two sides of the body (10). More preferably, the location of the hinge holes (11) is near the front and rear center or the center of the left and right edges of the upper portion of the body (10).

The hinge hole (11) is open at the top, and the minimum open distance is formed to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the hinge shaft (21), so that the hinge shaft (21) can be elastically inserted when pressure is applied from above the hinge hole (11). In other words, the hinge shaft (21) can be elastically attached to and detached from the hinge hole (11).

On the other hand, when considering a structure in which the hinge shaft (21) can be inserted into the hinge hole (11) without resistance, it is preferable that the upper end of the hinge hole (11) is open, and the open distance is the same as the diameter of the hinge hole (11), but the open position is slightly tilted toward the rear of the body. This is because when the operating cover (20) rotates, a force is generated to push the hinge shaft (21) toward the front of the body (10) due to the reaction of the pressure part (24), and if the opening direction of the hinge hole (11) is tilted toward the rear of the body, the hinge shaft (21) will not be detached from the hinge hole (11) during the tissue (10) cutting operation, and it is also easy to attach or detach the hinge shaft (11) from the hinge hole (11).

In the above, in the hinge joint structure of the body (10) and the operating cover (20), the hinge shaft (21) is formed integrally in the operating cover (20), and the hinge hole (11) into which the hinge shaft (21) can be inserted and supported is formed in the body (10). However, conversely, the hinge hole may be formed in the operating cover (20), and the hinge shaft may be provided in the body (10).

A swing space (12), which is an empty space that allows the front end of the operating cover (20) to swing when the operating cover (20) rotates, is provided at the upper front portion of the body (10).

In addition, an opening (13) is formed on the rear of the body (10) so that the toilet paper (1) can be exposed to the outside in a vertical direction for a certain section when the toilet paper (1) is initially withdrawn from inside the body (10), and guide parts (14) are formed on both left and right sides of the opening (13) to support and guide the edge of the toilet paper (1) so that the withdrawn toilet paper (1) does not protrude out of the body (10).

In addition, a friction part (15) is formed on the inner surface of the rear wall of the body (10). The friction part (15) acts to fix the toilet paper (1) by coming into contact with the toilet paper (1) and causing friction when the pressurizing part (24) of the operating cover (20) closely fixes the toilet paper (1) to the body (10).

The friction part (15) may be formed of the same material as the material of the body (10), and may be formed with the same flat structure as the inner side of the back surface of the body (10) in terms of structure, but may be formed with a plurality of minute friction protrusions (not shown) to increase frictional force. In addition, the friction part (15) may be formed of a friction-increasing material such as rubber or silicone to increase frictional force.

And the body (10) is formed with a predetermined protruding catch (16) on the inner side of both sides. The catch (16) supports the bottom surface of both side ends of the operating cover (20) so that the rotation range of the operating cover (20) is limited to a predetermined section, and is configured so that the operating cover (20) is always placed on the catch (16) when the toilet paper cutting operation is not in progress.

In addition, the body (10) may be formed with a rod-shaped holder (not shown) that can be inserted into the center of the toilet paper (1) roll and held therein as needed when the toilet paper (1) roll is positioned inside the body, and this holder may be formed so as to be fixed or detachable on the inner surface of the body.

And the body (10) can be formed with an auxiliary floor support (17) that protrudes forward from the front bottom by a predetermined length. The auxiliary floor support (17) is in close contact with the floor surface to prevent the toilet paper case (100) from falling forward due to the force of the user cutting the toilet paper when the user cuts the toilet paper, thereby auxiliary supporting the toilet paper case (100). There may be one or more auxiliary floor support (17), but it is preferable that they are formed as a pair on the left and right with a predetermined interval.

In addition, an open viewing window (18) is formed on part of both sides of the body (10). The viewing window (18) helps the user to easily recognize with the naked eye how much toilet paper is left inside the body (10) as it is pulled out and used. Of course, the viewing window (18) can be formed with various patterns, etc. to improve the appearance image of the toilet paper case according to the present invention. The viewing window can also be formed through the front of the body (10) and can be formed with various patterns, such as letters and characters, considering the appearance.

In addition, the toilet paper case (100) according to the present invention may be provided with a fixing groove (not shown) on the rear of the body (10) so that it can be fixed and used on an indoor or outdoor wall depending on the place of use. That is, when the head of a nail or suction plate, etc., which is fixedly installed on a wall, is inserted into the fixing groove, there is an advantage in that the toilet paper case can be fixed and used on a wall.

Next, the operating cover (20) will be described.

The operating cover (20) is positioned to cover the upper open portion of the body (10) and is hinge-connected to the body (10) so as to be rotatable back and forth. The operating cover (20) is provided with a flat-shaped mounting portion (22) on which a piece of toilet paper (1) partially pulled out from the inside of the body (10) can be placed. The mounting portion (22) can be formed into a square shape or various shapes when viewed from a plane, and is formed with a sufficient thickness so that the operating cover (20) does not bend when the operating cover (20) is rotated and force can be transmitted well.

The mounting portion (22) is positioned at its front end on the swing space portion (12) of the body (10) when the body (10) and the operating cover (20) are hingedly connected, and its rear end is positioned at a predetermined clearance distance from the inner side of the back surface of the body (10). The clearance distance d from the inner side of the back surface of the body (10) to the rear end of the mounting portion (22) is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm, taking into account that toilet paper passes through smoothly and the rotational motion of the operating cover (20) is smooth.

The operating cover (20) is formed with a slip portion (23) extending downward from the rear end of the mounting portion (22). The slip portion (23) is where the toilet paper initially pulled out from inside the body (10) slips, and is involved in the role of allowing the toilet paper (1) to be gripped to a sufficient length while the user slips the toilet paper with his or her finger on the slip portion (23) in connection with the gripping motion in the gripping position (25) described later. It is preferable that the slip portion (23) be in the shape of a square flat plate.

A pressure portion (24) is formed at the lower end of the slip portion (23) in the operating cover (20).

The pressurizing portion (24) serves to securely fix the toilet paper pulled out during the toilet paper cutting operation to the body (10). Its shape is a long bar extending left and right, and it is preferably formed smoothly without any height fluctuations when viewed in the width direction of the toilet paper (1) so that the toilet paper (1) can be evenly pressed against the friction portion (15). It goes without saying that the pressurizing portion (24) can be formed by further extending the slip portion (23) so that it has the same plane as the slip portion (23) and is made of the same material.

It is preferable that the bottom surface of the pressurizing portion (24) be formed round so that the withdrawal resistance is reduced when the toilet paper (1) is withdrawn.

A hinge axis (21) protruding in the left and right directions is formed on both side surfaces of the mounting portion (22) of the operating cover (20), and the hinge axis (21) is inserted into the hinge hole (11) of the body (10) and hinge-connected.

The operating cover (20) has an overall '┏' shape when viewed from the side, and the operating cover (20) has a structure that can rotate back and forth around the point where it is hinged to the body (10). This rotational motion causes the pressure part (24) at the rear to press the toilet paper (1) against the friction part (15) of the body (10) when the front end of the operating cover (20) moves downward.

The operating cover (20) is configured so that its center of gravity is rearward centered on the hinge joint point, and when excluding the cutting operation, it is preferably formed so that it rotates by its own weight according to its center of gravity so that the pressurizing portion (24) is separated forward from the friction portion (15) of the body (10). Due to the separation between the pressurizing portion (24) and the friction portion (15), when the user pulls out the toilet paper (1), the toilet paper (1) can be smoothly pulled out through the space between them.

The position of the hinge axis (21) in the operating cover (20) is set at an appropriate position on either side of the mounting portion (22) so that the center of gravity can be located at the rear. A gripping portion (25) that protrudes upward from the rear upper portion of the mounting portion (22) to a predetermined height is formed in the operating cover (20).

The slit (25) is a position where toilet paper pulled out from inside the body (10) is pulled out vertically via the slip portion (23) and then bent horizontally at the slit (25), with the toilet paper positioned at the top of the slit (25).

The user holds the toilet paper (1) in contact with the grip portion (25) by hand, grips the toilet paper (1), and then pulls the toilet paper (1) to the desired length, thereby allowing the user to easily grip and pull out the toilet paper using the grip portion (25).

The protruding height of the gripping part (25) should be such that the gripping finger can be caught on the gripping part (25), and is preferably in the range of 5 to 15 mm. In addition, the width of the gripping part (25) may be larger or smaller than the width of the toilet paper (1) with which it comes into contact, and it is preferable that the upper part of the gripping part (25) be formed in a rounded shape along the direction of movement of the toilet paper (1).

In addition, a cutting force increasing portion (26) protruding upward is formed on the mounting portion (22) of the operating cover (20).

The cutting force increasing part (26) supports the toilet paper (1) at a predetermined height and, when the toilet paper (1) cutting motion is in progress, causes a tensile force to be concentrated on a part of the toilet paper cutting line (2), so that the toilet paper (1) can be easily cut with less force. This is based on the principle that, when the toilet paper (1) in the form of a roll is cut at the cutting line (2), the toilet paper (1) can be cut with much less force when cutting is performed from a part of one cutting line (2) than when cutting is performed simultaneously along the entire one cutting line (2).

The cutting force increasing portion (26) is preferably positioned at the center of the width direction of the fixing portion (22) so that the tensile force is concentrated at the center of the cutting line (2) of the toilet paper (1), and when viewed in the length direction of the fixing portion (22), it may be located between the two ends, but is preferably positioned at the front end of the fixing portion (22). More preferably, the front of the cutting force increasing portion (26) is arranged so that it is vertically aligned with the front end of the fixing portion (22). The reason for this is that, as illustrated in FIG. 5, when the user lowers the toilet paper (1) that the user has pulled out and gripped for a cutting motion of the toilet paper (1), if the toilet paper cutting line (2) is present between the user's hand gripping the toilet paper (1) and the front end of the fixing portion (22), the tensile force is most concentrated at this cutting line (2), so that this cutting line (2) is cut with the highest priority.

The height of the above cutting force increasing portion (26) should be 5 mm or more, but more preferably, the range is 10 to 20 mm. In addition, the width of the cutting force increasing portion (26) should be formed narrower than the width of the toilet paper, but more preferably, the size should be in the range of 1/7 to 1/2 of the width of the toilet paper.

In addition, it is preferable that the cutting force increasing portion (26) be formed so that its horizontal cross-sectional area becomes smaller as it goes upward. More preferably, the cutting force increasing portion (26) is rounded so that no sharp corners are formed, and its height is preferably structured so that the center is high when viewed from the front and the height decreases as it goes toward both sides.

Meanwhile, the cutting force increasing part (26) also functions as a gripping part. To this end, as shown in the drawing, the cutting force increasing part (26) is formed with a front surface as a vertical surface and a back surface as an inclined slope. Thus, when gripping toilet paper (1) by the cutting force increasing part (26), the toilet paper (1) slides along the inclined surface, making gripping easy.

The cutting force increasing unit (26) can be configured as a single unit, but it is more preferable to configure two units as a pair by arranging them at a predetermined interval on the settling unit (22) along the direction of movement of the toilet paper to increase cutting efficiency.

This background is because when the toilet paper cutting line (2) is located between two cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) during the toilet paper (1) cutting operation, the tensile force is most concentrated at the intersection of the imaginary straight line connecting these two cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) and the cutting line (2) that intersects the imaginary straight line, making cutting easy.

When two cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) are arranged, it is composed of a front cutting force increasing part (26) and a rear cutting force increasing part (27) positioned one at the front and one at the rear. Among these, it is preferable that the cutting force increasing part (26) arranged at the front be arranged so that its front side is aligned with the edge of the fixing part (22), i.e., the front end of the fixing part (22) in the vertical direction.

It is preferable that the space between the front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) is formed so that it is smaller than the space between the toilet paper cutting lines (2), that is, the length of one piece of toilet paper, and is preferably formed in the range of 50 to 90% of one piece of toilet paper. The reason for this is to prevent two or more cutting lines (2) from existing between the front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27), and to ensure that when there is one cutting line (2) between the front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27), the cutting is performed accurately at this cutting line (2).

If there is no toilet paper cutting line (2) between the front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27), the cutting line (2) exists in front of the front cutting force increasing part (26) and this part is cut with priority.

And the rear cutting force increasing part (27) also functions as a gripping part. Since the structure of the rear cutting force increasing part (27) is the same as or similar to the structure of the front cutting force increasing part (26) mentioned above, a detailed description is omitted.

However, it is preferable that the rear cutting force increasing portion (27) be formed higher than the front cutting force increasing portion (26). This is because when the toilet paper cutting operation is in progress, the toilet paper placed on the rear cutting force increasing portion (27) is sufficiently bent along the path, thereby increasing the frictional force between the rear cutting force increasing portion (27) and the toilet paper placed thereon, so that the toilet paper cutting line can be properly cut between the front and rear cutting force increasing portions (26, 27).

The operating cover (20) is provided with several anti-separation parts (28) that protrude upwardly on both sides of the mounting part (22) to prevent the toilet paper (1) from falling out of the mounting part (22). More preferably, as shown in the drawing, the anti-separation parts (28) are installed in pairs on the left and right sides of the mounting part (22), and each pair is preferably positioned near the front and rear ends of the operating cover (20). It goes without saying that the anti-separation parts (28) may not be formed on the operating cover (20) but may be formed on the upper side of the body (10).

Meanwhile, FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a modified form of the operating cover in the toilet paper case according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

The description of the modified form of the operating cover (20) is omitted from the description of the operating cover (20) already mentioned above, and only the added and modified parts are described.

As shown in Fig. 11, the operating cover (20) has toilet paper gripping grooves (31, 32, 33) formed in multiple locations so that the user can grip the toilet paper more easily.

A grip groove (31) into which a thumb can be inserted is formed in a portion adjacent to a gripping portion (25) of a fixing portion (22) of an operating cover (20). As shown in FIG. 11, this grip groove (31) is formed deeper toward the rear from the surface of the fixing portion (22) so that the thumb can be naturally inserted to grip a tissue (1). The depth may be a depth where one thumb joint can be inserted, but is preferably about 10 to 30 mm. In addition, the width of the grip groove (31) may be as thick as a thumb, but is preferably about 1/2 to 1/4 of the width of the fixing portion (22) in consideration of ease of gripping.

When using the gripper (25) to grip the toilet paper, there is an advantage in that the user can naturally pull out the toilet paper by inserting the user's thumb into the gripper groove (31) together with the toilet paper (1) and lifting the toilet paper (1) upward by contacting the remaining fingers with the toilet paper (1) in the direction of the slip portion (23).

In addition, in order to make it easier to grip the toilet paper (1), a grip groove (32, 33) into which a thumb can be partially inserted may be formed on the front of each of the front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) in order to make it easier to grip the toilet paper (1). According to this configuration, when gripping the toilet paper (1), the user's thumb is inserted into the front grip groove (32, 33) of the cutting force increasing parts (26, 27) together with the toilet paper (1), and the remaining fingers are used to sweep up the toilet paper on the rear inclined surface, thereby providing an advantage in that the toilet paper is easily gripped.

Through the structure of the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention as described above, a user can selectively hold the length of toilet paper he or she wants to cut and easily cut the desired length.

Meanwhile, FIGS. 12a and 12b are perspective views showing a form in which the body of a toilet paper case according to the first embodiment of the present invention is partially modified and combined with an operating cover.

The description of the form in which the body is partially modified and combined with the operating cover will omit the description of the parts identically mentioned above, and mainly describe the additional and modified parts of the body.

As shown in FIG. 12a and FIG. 12b, the inner bottom and bottom surface of the body are formed in a curved shape.

To explain in more detail, the structure in which the inner floor and bottom surface of the body (10) are curved is formed as a curved structure in which the center is convex downward in the front-back direction of the body.

Through this structure, the roll of toilet paper (1) placed on the floor inside the body (10) is always positioned in the center of the floor of the body (1) due to its own weight, and when the user looks at the roll of toilet paper inside the body through the viewing window (18), it does not scatter, which is aesthetically pleasing and also helps in determining the amount of toilet paper remaining.

And, the above body (10) is formed with a spaced support portion (19) that extends downward from the bottom corner by a predetermined length to support the bottom surface apart from the external floor.

The above-mentioned spacer support member (10) can have various shapes for spacer support purposes, such as a straight bar (not shown) or a curved bar (not shown), but when considering appearance, it can also have a wheel shape as shown in FIGS. 12a and 12b, or various character shapes such as objects, animals, and people (not shown).

Next, the method of use and operation of the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention configured as described above will be described.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a part of the body of a toilet paper case according to the first embodiment of the present invention, showing the operational state when cutting toilet paper, and FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the state in which toilet paper is cut at a different cutting line in the state of FIG. 4.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, when a user pulls the toilet paper in one direction, that is, in the direction indicated by arrow F in the present embodiment, toward the front and downward direction of the operating cover (20) while the toilet paper (1) is placed on the upper part of the operating cover (20) after the user has taken out and pulled the toilet paper, the operating cover (20) rotates downward at its front end around the hinge axis (21), and at the same time, the pressure portion (24) at the rear of the operating cover (20) moves to come into contact with the friction portion (15) on the inner side of the back surface of the body, thereby tightly fixing the toilet paper (1) located therebetween, so that a state is created as indicated by region A. As a result, the toilet paper (1) is fixed so that it cannot move, and a tensile force is concentrated on the central portion (T region) of the toilet paper cutting line (2) located between the front and rear cutting force increasing portions (26, 27), so that cutting is easily performed.

After the cutting at the above cutting line (2) is completed, as shown in Fig. 3, the friction part (15) of the body (10) and the pressurized part (24) of the operating cover (20) are released from the pressurized state by the weight of the operating cover (20) to maintain a predetermined clearance distance d.

Fig. 5 shows a case where the toilet paper cutting line (2) is further forward than the front cutting force increasing part (26). In this case, when a cutting motion like Fig. 5 is performed, the tensile force is preferentially concentrated in the central part (T' area) of the cutting line (2), making cutting easy.

FIGS. 6A to 6E are photographs showing a step-by-step usage process for cutting using a toilet paper case according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

FIGS. 6A to 6E sequentially show the process of gripping, withdrawing, and cutting toilet paper (1) when the user is in front of the toilet paper case (100) of the present invention. First, FIG. 6A shows a state in which the user grips toilet paper (1) placed on the upper part of the operating cover (20) using the rear cutting force increasing part (27) with his fingers. FIG. 6B shows a state in which the user then pulls out the toilet paper (1) to a desired length. FIG. 6C shows a state in which the user then pulls the gripped toilet paper (1) downward from the front of the operating cover (20), and the toilet paper (1) is fixed by the operating cover (20) so that the toilet paper (1) is in the most tensed state between a pair of front and rear cutting force increasing parts (26, 27). FIG. 7a shows a state in which a user has gripped a tissue using a front cutting force increasing portion (26), FIG. 7b shows a state in which, after withdrawing the tissue (1), the user pulls the gripped tissue (1) downward from the front of the operating cover (20), so that the tissue (1) is fixed by the operating cover (20), and the central portion (T' area) of the cutting line (20) between the front cutting force increasing portion (26) and the hand of the user gripping the tissue (1) is the most tense, and cutting is performed from this portion, and FIG. 7c shows a state in which cutting is completed at the tissue cutting line (2).

FIGS. 8A to 8C are photographs showing a state in which toilet paper (1) is pulled out by being pulled out from the gripper section (25) of a toilet paper case (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 8a shows a state in which a user places his thumb on a toilet paper (1) placed on a grip portion (25) of an operating cover (20) and the remaining fingers are placed on a toilet paper (1) placed on a slip portion (23). FIG. 8b shows a state in which the user then sweeps up the toilet paper (1) placed on the slip portion (23) with the remaining fingers and grips the toilet paper (1) with his fingers. In this way, when the toilet paper (1) is broken through the paper holder (25), and is withdrawn and cut, it is suitable for cases where 3 to 4 pieces of toilet paper (1) are to be used.

When cutting more toilet paper (1) than the above 3~4 pieces, the cutting operation is performed twice or more at the cutting position (25) so that the toilet paper (1) overlaps several times, and then cut. For example, the toilet paper (1) is cut once at the cutting position (25), then taken out, then cut a second time at the cutting position (25), then taken out again, and then the toilet paper (1) is cut through the operating cover (20).

FIGS. 9A to 9D are photographs showing another method of squeezing and cutting operation using a toilet paper case according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

FIGS. 9A to 9D illustrate the process of gripping, pulling out, and cutting toilet paper when the user is at the side of the toilet paper case (100) of the present invention. First, FIG. 9A illustrates a state in which the user grips toilet paper (1) by placing the toilet paper against the rear cutting force increasing portion (27) with the user's thumb and index finger, FIG. 9B illustrates a state in which the user then pulls out the gripped toilet paper (1) to a desired length, FIG. 9C illustrates a state in which the user then pulls the gripped toilet paper downward from the front of the operating cover (20), and the toilet paper (1) is fixed by the operating cover (20) and at the same time, the central portion of the toilet paper cutting line (2) located at the front cutting force increasing portion (26) starts to be cut first, and FIG. 9D illustrates a state in which cutting is completed at the toilet paper cutting line (2). FIGS. 10A and 10B illustrate the process of gripping, withdrawing, and cutting toilet paper (1) when the user is at the side of the toilet paper case (100) of the present invention. FIG. 10A illustrates a state in which the user places the thumb on the toilet paper placed on the gripping portion (25) of the operating cover (20) and places the index finger on the toilet paper (1) placed on the slip portion (23). FIG. 10B illustrates a state in which the user then sweeps up the toilet paper (1) placed on the slip portion (23) with the index finger and grips the toilet paper (1) with the finger. The process of cutting the toilet paper thereafter is as described above.

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a toilet paper case according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

In the description of the toilet paper case (100A) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the same parts of the toilet paper case (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention mentioned above are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description is brief or omitted, and only the added and modified parts are denoted by different reference numerals and are described in detail.

A toilet paper case (100A) according to a second embodiment of the present invention is a toilet paper case according to the first embodiment mentioned above in which the grip portion and the slip portion are eliminated and the positions of the pressure portion and the friction portion are changed.

That is, the pressurizing portion (24a) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is positioned at the rear end of the fixing portion (22) and has a predetermined clearance with the inner surface of the body (10a), and toilet paper pulled out from inside the body can pass through this clearance. The pressurizing portion (24a) may be formed by extending the fixing portion (22) and having the same material as the fixing portion (22) and positioned on the same plane, or may be formed of a different material and a different structure.

And the friction part (15a) is formed by extending the back surface of the body (10a) upward by a predetermined length and then bending horizontally at the extended end to extend further by a predetermined length. Thus, as illustrated in FIG. 13, the pressure part (24a) and the friction part (15a) are structured to face each other at a predetermined interval, and when the front end of the operating cover (20a) rotates downward around the hinge axis (21), the pressure part (24a) at the rear end of the operating cover (20a) rotates upward to come into close contact with the friction part (15a).

Accordingly, when the operating cover (20a) is rotated using toilet paper pulled out from inside the body (10a), the toilet paper is fixed between the pressure portion (24a) and the friction portion (15a), and at the same time, the tensile force is concentrated on the toilet paper cutting line by the cutting force increasing portion (26, 27), so that the toilet paper is easily cut.

The toilet paper case (100A) according to the second embodiment of the present invention may include or exclude at least one cutting force increasing part (26, 27) as needed.

Figure 14 is an exploded perspective view of a toilet paper case according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

In the description of the toilet paper case (100B) according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the same parts of the toilet paper case according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description is brief or omitted, and only the added and modified parts are denoted by different reference numerals and are described in detail.

According to the third embodiment of the present invention, the toilet paper case (100B) has a hinged position at the upper rear of the toilet paper case (100B) when the operating cover (20b) is hinged to the body (10b).

To explain in more detail, for the hinge connection, a hinge axis (47) protruding inward by a predetermined length is formed on the upper rear left and right sides of the body (10b), and a hinge piece (45) extending downward from the rear corners on both sides and having a hinge hole (46) provided in the center is formed on the operating cover (20b).

Therefore, the hinge hole (46) of the hinge piece (45) is hinge-connected in a structure that is connected to the hinge axis (47). The hinge connection point is structured so that it is not exposed to the outside when the body (10b) and the operating cover (20b) are hinge-connected.

The above hinge axis (47) may be formed with a surface that is inclined, and in that case, when a predetermined external force is applied to the hinge piece (45) toward the center of the hinge axis (47), the hinge hole (46) of the hinge piece (45) may be structured to be elastically coupled to the hinge axis (47).

By this hinge-connected structure, when the front end of the operating cover (20b) hinge-connected to the body (10b) is lifted upward, the operating cover (20b) rotates around the hinge-connected point near the rear corner, thereby opening the upper surface of the body (10b).

And, when the operating cover (20b) is coupled to the body (10b), a rod-shaped support bar (40) is formed on the upper rear side of the body so as to support the lower surface of the operating cover (20b). To explain in more detail, the support bar (40) is structured so that both ends are spaced a predetermined distance in the forward direction from each hinge axis (47) of the body (20b) and are supported on both sides of the body (10b).

The above support bar (40) may have a structure in which both ends are detachably connected to the body (10b) or may be formed integrally with the body.

The above support bar (40) has a friction part (42) formed on the upper surface that is flat or has an uneven shape (not shown), and a curved slip part (41) formed on the rear surface to allow the toilet paper (1) to slip well.

And, near the center of the above-mentioned operating cover (20b), a long withdrawal hole (29) is formed in the left and right directions so that toilet paper (1) can be withdrawn.

The size of the above withdrawal hole (29) should be such that it has a width in the left-right and front-back directions that the toilet paper (1) can be withdrawn naturally.

In addition, when the body (10b) and the operating cover (20b) are combined, the extraction hole (29) should be positioned in front of the support bar (40), but the center of the front and rear of the operating cover (20b) is preferable.

And the operating cover (20b) may have one or multiple (not shown) cutting force increasing portions (26) formed protruding at a predetermined interval on the mounting portion (22b) in front of the extraction hole (29) as mentioned in the first embodiment.

In the combined structure of the toilet paper case according to the third embodiment, the path along which the toilet paper (1) is placed will be described. When the toilet paper (1) inside the body (10b) is partially withdrawn, a part of the toilet paper (1) comes into contact with the slip part (41) of the support bar (40), and is then positioned between the friction part (42) of the support bar (40) and the operating cover (20b), and then passes through the withdrawal hole (29) of the operating cover (20b) to be placed on the fixing part (22b) or the cutting force increasing part (26).

The operation process of the above toilet paper case (100B) will be explained. When the toilet paper placed on the fixing portion (22b) or the cutting force increasing portion (26) of the operating cover (20b) is held with one hand and pulled upward, the operating cover (20b) is slightly separated from the support bar (40) by the force, and the toilet paper (1) is pulled out through the extraction hole (29). At this time, when the user pulls downward using the toilet paper (1) pulled out to the desired length so that the cutting force increasing portion (26) at the front end on the fixing portion (22b) is pressed, the toilet paper placed between the operating cover (20b) and the support bar (40) comes to a frictional stop, and the cutting line of the toilet paper is easily cut on the fixing portion (22b) by the cutting force increasing portion (26).

Meanwhile, the toilet paper case according to the third embodiment can be used by partially modifying the body, and can be used as a body with the support bar (40) removed.

In this case, the operating cover (20b) rotates downward due to its own weight, so that the lower surface of the operating cover (20b) comes into direct contact with the outer diameter of the toilet paper roll.

As the outer diameter of the toilet paper roll decreases due to the use of toilet paper (1), the operating cover (20b) rotates around the hinge axis (47) and its front end moves downward. At this time, it is necessary to provide a sufficient swing space (12) on the front of the body so that the front end of the operating cover (20b) does not interfere with the downward movement.

In this modified structure, the operation process of the toilet paper case is explained. When the toilet paper placed on the fixing portion (22b) or the cutting force increasing portion (26) of the operating cover (20b) is held with one hand and pulled upward, the operating cover (20b) is slightly separated from the outer diameter of the toilet paper roll by the force, and the toilet paper is pulled out through the withdrawal hole (29). The toilet paper case (100B) according to the third embodiment of the present invention may include or exclude a cutting force increasing portion (26) as needed.

Meanwhile, a toilet paper case (100) that is easy to cut according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention comprises a body that can hold toilet paper, an operating cover that is hinge-connected to the body and performs a cutting operation with respect to a cutting line of the toilet paper, and a toilet paper stopping means that is linked to the operating cover and stops the movement of the toilet paper.

To be more specific, the present invention comprises a body having an interior space formed therein so as to accommodate a toilet paper roll having a predetermined section cut line formed therein and having one open end, an operating cover having a receiving portion on which toilet paper partially withdrawn from the interior of the body can be placed and being rotatably hinged to one end of the open body, and a toilet paper stopping means for stopping the movement of the toilet paper in conjunction with the rotational movement of the operating cover, wherein when a user rotates the operating cover by pressing one end of the operating cover in a first direction using the withdrawn toilet paper, the toilet paper is fixed by the toilet paper stopping means and at the same time, the toilet paper withdrawn to the outside is cut at the cut line.

Here, the toilet paper stop means can be configured in various ways. For example, in order to stop the rotation of the rotation shaft by linking the rotational motion of the operating cover with the rotational motion of the operating cover, a brake bar is formed integrally and extends from one side of the lower surface of the operating cover to near the rotation shaft, and when the operating cover rotates, the brake bar also rotates, and at this time, when an end of the brake bar comes into contact with one surface of the rotation shaft, a frictional action is generated, thereby stopping the rotation of the rotation shaft.

The above toilet paper stop means can be a toilet paper stop means in which toilet paper withdrawal can be stopped or released through the frictional operating relationship between the pressurizing portion of the operating cover and the body as mentioned in the toilet paper cases of the first, second, and third embodiments.

One or more cutting force increasing parts may be formed on the above-mentioned anchorage, and the structure and function of the cutting force increasing parts are as mentioned in the previous embodiment.

Meanwhile, a toilet paper case according to the present invention that is easy to cut is a toilet paper case that is installed inside a toilet paper roll having a predetermined section of cutting line formed therein, and is used to cut toilet paper at the cutting line after a portion of the toilet paper is withdrawn. The toilet paper case is characterized in that a cutting force-increasing portion that protrudes to a predetermined height is formed so that tensile force is concentrated on a portion of the toilet paper cutting line when the toilet paper cutting operation is performed.

As described above, the easy-to-cut toilet paper case according to the present invention has the advantage that the user can cut the toilet paper with one hand through the above structure, and can selectively hold the length of the toilet paper to be cut and cut it to the desired length, and the cutting action is also simple and the toilet paper can be easily cut with little force.
