Claims (5)
- 영아(infant) 피부에 대한 계면활성제 시스템의 잠재적 영향을 평가하는 방법으로서,
a) 성인 피부에 상기 계면활성제 시스템을 국소적으로 도포하는 단계;
b) 상기 계면활성제 시스템 처리된 성인 피부에 마커(marker)를 국소적으로 도포하는 단계;
c) 공초점 형광 현미경을 적용하여, 상기 계면활성제 시스템 처리된 성인 피부 내로의 상기 마커의 침투를 측정하는 단계;
d) 성인 피부 침투 프로파일의 모델이 실험 데이터와 일치하도록, 성인 피부 침투의 계산 모델을 사용하여 침투 파라미터를 최적화함으로써 상기 마커의 침투를 시각화하는 단계;
e) 상기 최적화된 침투 파라미터를 영아 피부의 계산 모델로 이전하는 단계; 및
f) 상기 영아 피부의 계산 모델에서 상기 마커의 상기 침투를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마커는 카페인인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, EPISIM 플랫폼이 상기 성인 피부 침투의 계산 모델로서 이용되는, 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 영아 및 소아에게 유용한 것으로 평가된 계면활성제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성인 피부 침투의 계산 모델은 에이전트-기반(agent-based) 모델인, 방법.
