Claims (9)
- 촉매가 담체(carrier) 및 상기 담체 상에 지지된 1종 이상의 금속 성분을 포함하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물로서, 상기 담체는, (i) 담체의 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 80 중량%의 범위의 양의 모데나이트(mordenite)로서, 10 내지 60의 범위의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖는, 상기 모데나이트; (ii) 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 70 중량%의 양의 ZSM-5형 제올라이트로서, 5 내지 50의 범위의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비 및 5 내지 50㎚의 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 상기 ZSM-5형 제올라이트; 및 (iii) 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량%의 범위의 양의 무기 결합제(inorganic binder)를 포함하고; 그리고 상기 1종 이상의 금속 성분은 제10족 금속을 포함하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모데나이트는 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 30 내지 70 중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 ZSM-5형 제올라이트는 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 60 중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모데나이트는 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 75 중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 ZSM-5형 제올라이트는 담체의 충 중량을 기준으로 15 내지 60 중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 결합제는 담체 재료의 충 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 40 중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-5형 제올라이트는 10 내지 45㎚의 범위의 수평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환에 사용되는 촉매 조성물.

- 제1항에 따른 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서,
(a) 모데나이트, ZSM-5형 제올라이트, 무기 결합제, 및 제10족 금속을 임의의 가능한 순서로 혼합하는 단계; 및
(b) 단계 (a)에서 수득된 바와 같은 혼합물을 하소시키는 단계를 포함하는, 촉매의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 촉매로서 사용하는 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료는, 모두 공급원료의 총량을 기준으로, 0,1 내지 50 중량%의 범위의 에틸벤젠의 양 및 적어도 20 중량%의 총 자일렌 함량을 포함하는, 방향족 탄화수소 함유 공급원료의 전환 방법.
