도 2a는 본 발명의 제조단계 중 분쇄된 합금을 성형금형에 투입전 분말투입부에서 대기 중 진동하는 단계를 나타낸 예시도이고,
도 2b는 본 발명의 제조단계 중 성형금형에 분발공급시 분말투입부가 진동하고 하펀치는 상하로 움직이면서 내리는 단계를 나타낸 예시도이고,
도 2c는 본 발명의 제조단계 중 진동으로 상대적으로 밀도가 낮아진 성형금형 상부의 분말을 제거해 주는 단계를 나타낸 예시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 희토류 합금을 제조하여 1.0 ~ 5.0㎛ 이하 크기로 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 분쇄된 합금을 성형금형에 투입전 분말투입부에서 대기 중 진동하는 단계;
상기 성형금형에 분말공급시 분말투입부가 진동하고, 하펀치가 상하로 움직이면서 하펀치를 내리는 단계;
상기 진동으로 상대적으로 밀도가 낮아진 성형금형 상부의 분말을 제거해 주는 단계;
상기 금형내 충진된 분말을 자장배향 및 압축성형하는 단계;
상기 자화된 성형체를 소결하는 단계;
상기 소결체를 가열로에 장입하고 진공 또는 불활성기체 분위기에서 응력제거열처리하는 응력제거열처리단계;
상기 응력제거열처리단계이후 열처리를 하는 최종열처리단계;순으로 이루어지되,
상기 대기 중 진동하는 단계의 대기 중 진동수는 200Hz~300Hz이고,
상기 성형금형에 분말공급시 분말투입부가 진동하고, 하펀치가 상하로 움직이면서 하펀치를 내리는 단계의 성형금형에 분발공급시 분말투입부의 진동수는 200Hz~300Hz이고, 하펀치는 상승과 하강을 반복하되, 하펀치의 상승높이의 2 ~ 3배로 하강높이를 반복하여 하펀치를 내리는 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구자석의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 진동으로 상대적으로 밀도가 낮아진 성형 금형 상부의 분말을 제거해 주는 단계는 성형금형 내 분말 높이의 10~20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 희토류 영구자석의 제조방법.
