Claims (14)
- 마이카층을 가지는 마이카페이퍼 제조단계;
상기 마이카페이퍼의 양측 표면에 유리섬유 직물을 접착하여 유리섬유층을 형성하는 유리섬유층 형성단계; 및
양측의 상기 유리섬유층의 외측 표면에 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 운모 중 적어도 2가지의 무기물과 접착제가 혼합된 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 도포하고 가열건조하여 양측의 상기 유리섬유층의 외측 표면에 무기물층을 각각 형성하는 무기물층 형성단계
를 포함하며,
상기 무기물층 형성단계는,
수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘 중 적어도 어느 하나와 분쇄된 운모로 이루어진 상기 무기물을 실리콘접착제와 혼합하여 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 만드는 단계;
상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 상기 유리섬유층의 상기 외측 표면에 도포하는 무기물-접착제 혼합물 도포단계; 및
도포된 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 가열건조하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되어,
내화단열 마이카테이프가 설치된 상태에서 열폭주 시,
ⅰ) 상기 수산화알루미늄이 섭씨 230도에서 열분해되면서 흡열반응을 일으켜 물을 발생하여 난연제의 역할을 하고, 열분해 시 발생되는 산화알루미늄은 상기 유리섬유와 결합하여 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 높이고, 상기 수산화알루미늄이 실리콘수지가 열분해되면서 생성하는 비정질 실리카와 결합하여 다공성의 뮬라이트를 생성하는 제1과정,
ⅱ) 상기 수산화마그네슘이 섭씨 330도에서 열분해되면서 산화마그네슘을 생성하는 탈수, 흡열반응을 일으켜 난연제의 역할을 하고 상기 산화마그네슘은 상기 유리섬유와 결합하여 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 높이는 제2과정,
ⅲ) 상기 탄산칼슘이 섭씨 900도에서 열분해되어 산화칼슘과 이산화탄소를 생성하여 소화기능을 수행하고, 상기 산화칼슘은 상기 실리카와 소결반응하여 시멘트화되어 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 상승시켜 내화장벽 역할을 하는 제3과정, 및
ⅳ) 상기 운모가 상기 유리섬유면에 균일하게 산포되어 부분적인 절연파괴전압의 편차를 최소화하면서 상기 실리콘접착제가 열분해된 실리카 및 상기 산화알루미늄과 결합하여 세라믹화하여 내전압을 0.5~1.0kV/20~50g/㎡로 상승시키는 제4과정 중 2가지 이상의 과정을 발생하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 제1항에서, 일측의 상기 무기물층의 외측 표면에 난연제가 함유된 점착제 혼합물을 도포하고 가열건조하여 일측의 상기 무기물층의 외측 표면에 점착층을 형성하는 점착층 형성단계; 및
상기 점착층의 외면에 이형필름을 부착하는 이형필름 부착단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 제1항에서, 상기 마이카페이퍼 제조단계는,
백운모 또는 금운모 원석을 섭씨 800~900도에서 소성하는 운모소성단계;
소성된 상기 백운모 또는 금운모 원석을 100~1000㎛의 크기로 분쇄하여 분쇄된 운모를 만드는 운모분쇄단계;
내화단열섬유를 물에 해리하는 해리단계;
상기 분쇄된 운모를 상기 내화단열섬유가 해리된 물에 혼합하여 운모-내화단열섬유 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 운모-내화단열섬유 혼합물을 탈수하고 건조하여 페이퍼 형태로 만드는 탈수건조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에서, 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 만드는 단계는 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘 중 어느 하나 35~50중량부와 운모 20-35중량부로 이루어진 상기 무기물을 실리콘접착제 20-40중량부와 혼합하여 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 만들고,
상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물 도포단계는 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 20~100g/m2의 비율로 상기 유리섬유층의 상기 외측 표면에 도포하고,
상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 가열건조하는 단계는 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 섭씨 150~180도에서 1~5분 가열건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 제1항에서, 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 만드는 단계는 상기 수산화알루미늄 35~50중량부와 상기 운모 20~35중량부로 이루어진 상기 무기물을 상기 실리콘접착제 20~40중량부와 혼합하여 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 만들고,
상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물 도포단계는 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 20~100g/m2의 비율로 상기 유리섬유층의 상기 외측 표면에 도포하고,
상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 가열건조하는 단계는 상기 무기물-접착제 혼합물을 섭씨 150~180도에서 1~5분 가열건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 제2항에서, 상기 점착층 형성단계는,
접착제 10~50중량%에 비할로겐족 인계 난연제, 실리카, 산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물 50~90중량%를 혼합한 점착제 혼합물을 만드는 단계; 및
상기 점착제 혼합물을 상기 무기물층에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법. - 제1항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서, 상기 내화단열 마이카테이프의 상기 무기물층 상에 마이카층과 유리섬유층을 가지는 중간개재물을 사이에 두고 제1항의 내화단열 마이카테이프를 층상으로 배치하고 섭씨 170~180도에서 5~10kg/㎠의 압력으로 프레스 또는 압착 롤로 가압하여 접착하는 합지단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프 제조방법.
- 마이카층;
상기 마이카층의 양측 표면에 각각 접착된 유리섬유층; 및
수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 운모 중 적어도 2가지의 무기물과 접착제가 혼합된 무기물-접착제 혼합물이 양측의 상기 유리섬유층의 외면에 각각 도포되어 형성된 무기물층
을 포함하며,
상기 무기물층은 수산화알루미늄, 운모 및 실리콘접착제를 혼합한 것이 도포된 후 건조하여 이루어져,
상기 수산화알루미늄이 섭씨 230도에서 열분해되면서 흡열반응을 일으켜 물을 발생하여 난연제의 역할을 하고, 열분해 시 발생되는 산화알루미늄은 상기 유리섬유와 결합하여 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 높이고,
상기 수산화알루미늄이 실리콘수지가 열분해되면서 생성하는 비정질 실리카와 결합하여 다공성의 뮬라이트를 생성하고,
상기 운모가 상기 유리섬유면에 균일하게 산포되어 부분적인 절연파괴전압의 편차를 최소화하면서 상기 실리콘접착제가 열분해된 실리카 및 상기 산화알루미늄과 결합하여 세라믹화하여 내전압을 0.5~1.0kV/20~50g/㎡로 상승시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프. - 제9항에서, 편면의 상기 무기물층의 외면에 형성되고, 난연제가 함유된 점착층; 및
상기 점착층의 외면에 형성된 이형필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프. - 삭제
- 제9항 또는 제10항에서, 상기 무기물층은 수산화마그네슘을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 수산화마그네슘이 섭씨 330도에서 열분해되면서 산화마그네슘을 생성하는 탈수, 흡열반응을 일으키고 상기 산화마그네슘은 상기 유리섬유와 결합하여 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 높이도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프. - 제9항 또는 제10항에서, 상기 무기물층은 탄산칼슘을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 탄산칼슘이 섭씨 900도에서 열분해되어 산화칼슘과 이산화탄소를 생성하여 소화기능을 하고, 상기 산화칼슘은 실리카와 소결반응하여 시멘트화되어 상기 유리섬유의 내열온도를 상승시켜 내화장벽 역할을 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프. - 제9항에서, 상기 내화단열 마이카테이프의 상기 무기물층 상에 유리섬유층과 마이카층을 가지는 중간개재물을 사이에 두고 제9항의 내화단열 마이카테이프가 프레스 또는 압착 롤을 통해 합지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화단열 마이카테이프.
