Claims (7)
- 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,
히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산을 준비하는 제1단계;
히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산과 가교제를 포함하는 반응물을 반응시켜, 히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산이 가교제에 의해 가교된 가교 히알루론산을 생성하는 제2단계;
생체 적합성 미립자를 준비하는 제3단계; 및
상기 비가교 히알루론산, 가교 히알루론산 및 생체 적합성 미립자를 혼합하는 제4단계를 포함하고,
상기 제2단계에서는, 상기 가교제로서 석신산을 사용하고, 상기 석신산을 반응물 전체 중량 기준으로 0.2중량% ~ 5중량%로 포함하는 반응물을 가교 반응시켜 비가교 히알루론산이 석신산에 의해 가교된 석신산-가교 히알루론산을 생성하되, 반응 개시제로서 탄산나트륨 과산화수소화물(2Na2CO3ㆍ3H2O2) 및 가성소다(NaOH)의 존재 하에서 50℃ ~ 70℃의 온도에서 2 ~ 4시간 동안 가교 반응시켜 석신산-가교 히알루론산을 생성하며,
상기 제2단계를 통해 생성된 석신산-가교 히알루론산은, 하기 수학식에 따른 수율이 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법.

B : 반응에 사용된 석신산의 중량이며,
C : 반응에 의해 생성된 석신산-가교 히알루론산의 중량이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계에서는, 상기 생체 적합성 미립자로서 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 미립자를 준비하되, 디클로로메탄에 폴리카프로락톤(PCL)을 녹인 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 용액과, 증류수에 메틸셀룰로오스(MC)를 분산시킨 분산 용액을 준비한 후, 상기 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 용액과 분산 용액을 교반시켜 에멀젼이 형성되도록 한 다음, 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 미립자를 여과 분리하여 준비하며,
상기 제4단계에서는, 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)을 더 혼합하되, 상기 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)은 200 ~ 600의 중량평균분자량(MW)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계에서는, 상기 석신산을 반응물 전체 중량 기준으로 0.8중량% ~ 2.5중량%로 포함하는 반응물을 pH 11 ~ 12의 알칼리 조건과 50℃ ~ 60℃의 온도에서 2 ~ 4시간 동안 가교 반응시켜 석신산-가교 히알루론산을 생성하고,
상기 제4단계에서는, 비오틴(biotin), 비타민 C, 마취제 및 완충액을 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법.
