도 4는 본 발명에 따른 유기발광 표시패널에 구비되는 게이트 드라이버의 구성도.
도 5는 도 4에 도시된 스테이지의 구성을 나타낸 예시도.

Claims (7)
- 영상이 표시되는 표시영역; 및
상기 표시영역의 외곽에 배치되는 비표시영역을 포함하고,
상기 비표시영역 중 제1 비표시부에는 상기 표시영역에 구비된 픽셀들로 게이트 신호를 공급하는 게이트 드라이버가 구비되고, 상기 표시영역에는 픽셀들이 구비되고,
상기 픽셀들 각각에는,
유기발광다이오드;
상기 유기발광다이오드와 연결된 구동 트랜지스터; 및
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트와 데이터 라인 사이에 구비되며, 게이트 라인을 통해 공급되는 게이트 신호에 의해 턴온 또는 턴오프되는 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 구동 트랜지스터는 제1 이동도를 갖는 제1 산화물 반도체로 구성되며,
상기 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 이동도 보다 큰 제2 이동도를 갖는 제2 산화물 반도체로 구성되고,
상기 제1 산화물 반도체 상단에 구비되는 제1 게이트 절연막의 두께는, 상기 제2 산화물 반도체 상단에 구비되는 제2 게이트 절연막의 두께보다 두껍고,
상기 제1 게이트 절연막은, 상기 제1 산화물 반도체 상에 구비되는 하단부 게이트 절연막 및 상기 하단부 게이트 절연막 상에 구비되는 상단부 게이트 절연막을 포함하고,
상기 제2 게이트 절연막은, 상기 상단부 게이트 절연막과 동일한 물질이며,
상기 제2 산화물 반도체의 하단에는 상기 하단부 게이트 절연막과 동일한 물질이 구비되는 유기발광 표시패널. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 트랜지스터와 상기 유기발광다이오드 사이의 노드 및 센싱 라인 사이에 연결되며, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 문턱 전압 센싱에 적용되는 센싱 트랜지스터를 더 포함하며,
상기 센싱 트랜지스터는 상기 제2 산화물 반도체로 구성되는 유기발광 표시패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 드라이버는, 상기 픽셀들과 연결된 게이트 라인들로 게이트 신호를 공급하는 스테이지들을 포함하고,
상기 스테이지들 각각은 게이트 신호용 트랜지스터들을 포함하며,
상기 게이트 신호용 트랜지스터들은 상기 제1 이동도 보다 큰 제3 이동도를 갖는 제3 산화물 반도체로 구성되는 유기발광 표시패널. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 이동도는 상기 제2 이동도 보다 크거나 같은 유기발광 표시패널. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기발광 표시패널;
상기 유기발광 표시패널에 구비된 데이터 라인들로 데이터 전압들을 공급하는 데이터 드라이버; 및
상기 유기발광 표시패널에 구비된 게이트 라인들로 게이트 신호들을 공급하는 게이트 드라이버를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
