Abstract
Description
도 2에 도시된 그래프는, 콘크리트 배합기에서 종래 위치(P2)에 토크미터를 위치시키고 구한 유변학적 특성 평가 결과이며,
도 3에 도시된 그래프는, 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 배합기에 토크미터를 새로운 위치(P1)에 위치시키고 구한 유변학적 특성 평가 결과이며,
도 4은 유변학적 특성 평가 결과 그래프에서 흐름저항(G) 값과 토크점성(H)의 값을 도출하는 모습이며,
도 5는 항복 응력에 이를 때까지의 탄성 고체의 거동을 보여주는 모델이이며, 이 모델에 도 3에서 구한 토크점성(H)과 흐름저항(G)의 값을 적용시켜서 항복응력() 값과 소성점도() 값을 도출하는 모습을 보여준다.
Claims (6)
- 하부프레임과, 상부프레임과, 상부프레임에 구비되어 회전력을 발생시키는 모터와, 상기 모터의 축에 연결되어 회전하는 교반축과, 상기 교반축의 일측에 구비되어 콘크리트 혼합물을 교반하는 블레이드와, 상기 교반축에 구비되되, 상기 모터와 블레이드 사이에 구비되는 토크미터와, 상기 교반축에 구비되어 교반축의 회전속도를 측정하는 속도계를 포함하는 콘크리트 배합기를 이용하여 콘크리트 혼합물의 흐름저항과 토크점성 산출방법으로서,
상기 토크미터가 교반축에 작용하는 토크(T)를 감지하고 이를 제어부로 전송하는 단계;
상기 속도계에서 교반축의 회전속도(N)를 감지하고 이를 제어부로 전송하는 단계;
상기 제어부에 의해 상기 토크 값과 속도 값을 이용하여 상기 토크 값을 상기 속도 값에 대한 선형적인 일차 함수 식으로 나타내는 단계;
일차 함수식으로 아래 (식 1)을 도출하는 단계;
(식 1) T=G+HN
상기 (식 1)에서 Y절편에 해당하는 값을 흐름저항(G)으로 구하고, 일차 함수 식의 기울기 값을 토크점성(H)으로 구하는 단계; 및
상기 토크점성(H)과 흐름저항(G)의 값들을 이용하여 항복응력 값과 소성점도의 값을 구하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘크리트 혼합물의 흐름저항과 토크점성 산출방법. - 삭제
