Claims (16)
- 복수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리 모듈;
상기 배터리 모듈이 복수 개로 구성된 배터리 팩;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀의 전압을 측정하는 배터리 셀 센싱부;
상기 배터리 모듈의 전압 및 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 측정하는 배터리 모듈 센싱부; 및
상기 배터리 셀 센싱부 및 상기 배터리 모듈 센싱부에서 획득한 데이터에 기초하여 데이터 처리를 수행하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는,
상기 배터리 셀의 전압 및 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 기초로 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치를 획득하고, 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치에 기초하여 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 배터리 셀의 칼만 게인을 획득하고, 상기 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 칼만 게인을 융합하여 상기 배터리 셀의 제2 오차 공분산을 획득하고, 상기 배터리 모듈의 전압, 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류, 상기 제2 오차 공분산 및 상기 칼만 게인에 기초하여 상기 배터리 모듈의 충전량 및 배터리 팩의 충전량을 획득하고, 상기 배터리 모듈의 충전량 및 상기 배터리 팩의 충전량에 기초하여 상기 제1 충전량으로부터 보정된 상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량을 획득하고, 상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량을 출력하는 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량이 80% 초과이면, 상기 배터리 셀의 최대 충전량을 출력하는 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량이 20% 미만이면, 상기 배터리 셀의 최소 충전량을 출력하는 차량. - 배터리 셀의 전압, 배터리 모듈의 전압 및 배터리 모듈의 전류를 측정하는 단계;
상기 배터리 셀의 전압 및 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 기초로 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치를 획득하는 단계;
상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치에 기초하여 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 배터리 셀의 칼만 게인을 획득하는 단계;
상기 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 칼만 게인을 융합하여 상기 배터리 셀의 제2 오차 공분산을 획득하는 단계;
상기 배터리 모듈의 전압, 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류, 상기 제2 오차 공분산 및 상기 칼만 게인에 기초하여 상기 배터리 모듈의 충전량 및 배터리 팩의 충전량을 획득하는 단계;
상기 배터리 모듈의 충전량 및 상기 배터리 팩의 충전량에 기초하여 상기 제1 충전량으로부터 보정된 상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량을 획득하는 단계;
상기 배터리 셀의 제2 충전량을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치를 획득하는 단계는,
상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 상기 배터리 모듈에 포함된 복수의 배터리 셀의 병렬 연결 개수로 나눈 값에 기초하여 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 배터리 셀의 칼만 게인을 획득하는 단계는,
확장 칼만 필터에 기초하여 상기 제1 오차 공분산 및 상기 칼만 게인을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 보정치는,
상기 배터리 셀의 추정 전압, 상기 배터리 셀의 모델 오차 및 상기 배터리 셀의 시스템 변수를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 전압 및 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 기초로 상기 배터리 셀의 제1 충전량 및 상기 배터리 셀의 보정치를 획득하는 단계는,
