Claims (8)
- 내부에 고압 유체가 저장되는 저장공간이 형성되며, 양단부 중 적어도 어느 일측에 플러그결합부가 형성된 용기 바디;
상기 플러그결합부에 결합되며, 내측에 유체가 유동되는 유체통과홀이 형성된 엔드플러그; 및
상기 용기 바디의 단부면과, 상기 용기 바디의 단부면에 접촉되는 상기 엔드플러그의 대향면 사이에 형성되는 링 형태의 실링 홈에 설치되어 상기 저장공간 내부를 밀폐하는 기밀형성유닛;
을 포함하고,
상기 기밀형성유닛은,
탄성 재질로 형성되어 상기 실링 홈에 피팅 가능하게 형성되며, 내부에 일측이 개구된 삽입공간이 형성된 실링재킷; 및
금속 재질로 형성되어 상기 삽입공간 내에 삽입되며, 상기 삽입공간의 개구부를 중심으로 양측에 탄성에 의한 가압력을 제공함에 따라 상기 실링재킷을 상기 용기 바디의 단부면 및 상기 엔드플러그의 대향면에 밀착시키는 가압스프링;
을 포함하고,
상기 실링재킷은,
상기 삽입공간의 개구부 일부를 차폐하여 상기 가압스프링이 개구부를 통해 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지돌기;
를 포함하며,
적어도 상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그가 서로 접촉되는 영역에는, 산화 및 수소 취화를 방지하기 위해 표면 처리된 내취화처리층이 형성된,
고압 유체저장용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내취화처리층은 상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그 양측 모두에 형성된,
고압 유체저장용기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 용기 바디 및 상기 엔드플러그는 크롬(Cr)을 포함하는 강재로 형성된,
고압 유체저장용기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내취화처리층은,
상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그를 챔버 내에 장입하는 (a)단계;
상기 챔버 내에 공기를 주입하고, 상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그를 대기 환경 하에서 1차 가열하는 (b)단계;
상기 챔버 내의 공기를 배출시키는 (c)단계; 및
상기 챔버 내에 수소를 주입하고, 상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그를 수소 분위기 하에서 2차 가열하는 (d)단계;
의 과정에 의해 형성되는,
고압 유체저장용기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (b)단계는,
대기 환경 하에서 상기 플러그결합부 및 상기 엔드플러그를 600℃ 내지 900℃의 온도로 가열하는,
고압 유체저장용기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (d)단계는,
수소 분위기 하에서 수증기 분압을 10-8∼10-1MPa로 제어하며 1000℃ 내지 1200℃의 온도로 가열하는,
