Abstract
본 발명의 기술적 사상의 일 실시예에 따른 원예용 친환경 포트는, 용기 형상으로 구성되어 작물이 생육할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 포트층, 및 상기 포트층 표면에 형성된 코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 포트층은 재생종이, 톱밥발효물, 석고, 플라이애쉬, 패각분말, 커피박 성형체, 황토 및 정제수를 일정한 중량 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 포트 형상으로 성형함으로써 제조된다.
상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 다양한 실시예에 의한 원예용 친환경 포트는, 작물 생장을 위해 균형있는 영양성분을 공급하고 작물의 생육을 효과적으로 증대시키며 곤충이나 해충이 모이거나 번식하는 것을 방지하고 청결한 상태로 포트를 유지, 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 용기 형상으로 구성되어 작물이 생육할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 포트층, 및 상기 포트층 표면에 형성된 코팅층을 포함하고,
상기 포트층은 재생종이, 톱밥발효물, 석고, 플라이애쉬, 패각분말, 커피박 성형체, 황토 및 정제수를 일정한 중량 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 포트 형상으로 성형함으로써 제조되며,
상기 포트층은 재생종이 8 내지 12 중량부, 톱밥발효물 5 내지 10 중량부, 석고 10 내지 15 중량부, 플라이애쉬 1 내지 3 중량부, 패각분말 3 내지 7 중량부, 커피박 성형체 2 내지 6 중량부, 황토 17 내지 23 중량부 및 정제수 40 내지 60 중량부의 중량 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 포트 형상으로 성형한 후 140 내지 160℃ 온도에서 1 내지 5시간 동안 가열 건조하고, 이후 20 내지 40℃ 온도에서 냉각함으로써 제조되며,
상기 코팅층은 코팅조성물을 상기 포트층 표면에 도포한 후 건조함으로써 형성되되, 상기 코팅조성물은 PLA(Polylactic Acid) 수지, 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트 수지(Polybutylene Adipate Terephthalate), 흡착제, 살충성 물질, 소태나무 추출액, 인산칼륨(K3PO4), 마그네사이트, 인광석(Rock phosphate) 및 UV 안정제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원예용 친환경 포트.
