Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 선택적 환원 촉매(SCR) 워시코트 조성물을 포함할 수 있는 허니컴-유형 기재 담체의 사시도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 확대된 부분 단면도로서, 이는 모놀리쓰성 관통-유동 기재를 나타내는 도 1의 기재 담체의 단부 면에 평행한 평면을 따라 취해졌고, 도 1에 도시된 복수의 가스 유동 통로의 확대도를 도시한다.
도 3은 도 1의 확대된 단면의 절개도(cutaway view)로서, 이때 도 1의 허니컴-유형 기재 담체는 벽-유동 필터 기재 모놀리쓰를 나타내고;
도 4는, 비-중첩 구성으로 상부에 워시코팅된, 다양한 촉매 물품의 복수의 층을 갖는 기재의 부분 단면도이다.
도 5는, 하나 이상의 워시코트 층이 제 2 워시코트 층과 부분적으로 중첩되는, 상부에 워시코팅된 다양한 촉매 물품의 복수의 층을 갖는 기재의 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (32)
- 니오비아(niobia)인 제 1 도펀트 및 베이스 금속 산화물(BMO)인 임의적인 제 2 도펀트를 포함하는 세리아 지지체를 포함하는, SCR 촉매 조성물로서,
상기 세리아 지지체는 30 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 세리아 및 50 중량% 내지 70 중량%의 추가의 금속 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 추가의 금속 산화물은 알루미늄 산화물인, SCR 촉매 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 BMO가 산화 란타늄, 산화 프라세오디뮴, 산화 네오디뮴, 산화 이트륨, 이산화 티탄, 산화 텅스텐, 산화 철, 산화 구리, 산화 망간, 산화 니켈, 산화 마그네슘, 산화 바륨 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, SCR 촉매 조성물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 BMO가 산화 란타늄, 산화 프라세오디뮴, 산화 네오디뮴, 산화 이트륨, 산화 텅스텐 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, SCR 촉매 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 니오비아가 SCR 촉매 조성물의 0.1 내지 20 중량%로 포함되는, SCR 촉매 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

백금족 금속(PGM)을 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 물품. - 배기 가스 스트림의 처리를 위한 배출물 처리 시스템으로서,
i. 배기 가스 스트림을 생성하는 엔진;
ii. 상기 엔진으로부터 하류에 위치하고 상기 배기 가스 스트림과 유체 연통하는 삼방향 촉매(three-way catalyst); 및
iii. 상기 삼방향 촉매로부터 하류에 위치하고 상기 배기 가스 스트림과 유체 연통하는 SCR 촉매 물품으로서, 이때 상기 SCR 촉매 물품은 가스 유동을 위해 구성된 복수의 채널을 갖는 촉매 기재를 포함하고, 각 채널은, 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 촉매 코팅에 부착된 벽 표면을 갖는, SCR 촉매 물품
을 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 SCR 촉매 물품이 백금족 금속(PGM)을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 SCR 촉매 물품이 백금족 금속(PGM)을 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 PGM이 0.5 g/ft³이상의 담지량으로 촉매 기재 상에 존재하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
