Claims (20)
- 제1 베이스층;
상기 제1 베이스층 상에 배치되고, 복수의 스위칭 소자들을 포함하는 회로층;
상기 회로층 상에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들 중 적어도 어느 하나로부터 전류를 공급받아 제1 방향으로 제1 광을 방출하는 발광소자를 포함하고, 상기 발광 소자는 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소층; 및
상기 제1 베이스층 하부에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들과 상기 제1 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 이격되며, 상기 제1 광이 외부의 물체에 의해 반사되어 생성된 제2 광을 수신하는 센서를 포함하는 센서층을 포함하고,
평면 상에서 보았을 때, 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들 각각은 상기 센서와 비중첩하고,
상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들은 상기 센서와 전기적으로 절연되며,
상기 센서는 바텀 게이트 구조의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 베이스층은 상기 제2 광을 투과시키는 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 센서층은 상기 센서가 실장된 제2 베이스층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 센서는 포토 다이오드를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 센서는 포토 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 센서층은 상기 센서 상에 배치되는 광학렌즈를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 베이스층 및 상기 센서층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 센서에 대응하는 개구부가 정의된 접착층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 화소층 상에 배치되는 터치감지유닛을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부의 물체는 지문인 표시장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 센서가 수신하는 상기 제2 광의 변화를 감지하여 상기 지문을 인식하는 센서 제어부를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 발광소자는 유기발광 다이오드(OLED)인 표시장치. - 입사되는 광 중 적어도 일부를 투과시키는 베이스층;
상기 베이스층 상에 배치되고, 복수의 스위칭 소자들을 포함하는 회로층;
상기 회로층 상에 배치되고, 각각이 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들로부터 전류를 공급받아 제1 방향으로 광을 방출하는 복수의 발광소자들을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 발광 소자들 각각은 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소층; 및
상기 베이스층 하부에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들과 상기 제1 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 이격되고, 상기 복수의 발광소자들 중 적어도 어느 하나로부터 방출되어 외부의 물체에 의해 반사된 광을 수신하는 센서를 포함하는 센서층을 포함하고,
평면 상에서 보았을 때, 상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들은 상기 센서와 비중첩하고,
상기 복수의 스위칭 소자들은 상기 센서와 전기적으로 절연되며,
상기 센서는 바텀 게이트 구조의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 외부의 물체는 지문인 표시장치. - 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 화소층 상에 배치되는 터치감지유닛을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지유닛 상에 배치되는 윈도우부재를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 윈도우부재의 일면에 상기 지문이 접촉되는 지문접촉영역이 정의되고, 상기 복수의 발광소자들 중 상기 지문접촉영역에 중첩하는 발광소자들에 의해 생성되는 광은 백색인 표시장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 센서는 복수 개로 제공되고,
상기 복수의 센서들 중 인접하는 두 센서들의 이격거리는 20μm 이상 100μm 이하인 표시장치. - 제18 항에 있어서,
상기 센서층은 각각이 상기 복수의 센서들 상에 대응하게 배치되는 복수의 광학렌즈들을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제18 항에 있어서,
상기 화소층 및 상기 센서층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 센서들에 대응하는 복수의 개구부들이 정의된 접착층을 더 포함하는 표시장치.
