Abstract
혼합 실리콘 유체를 수득하기 위해, 25℃에서 40,000 내지 100,000mPa·s 미만 점도의 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산 및 25℃에서 1,000 내지 15,000mPa·s의 점도 및 폴리머 그램 당 KOH 2 내지 10mg의 아민가를 가지는 아미노 실리콘을 25℃에서 혼합하는 단계; 및 350nm 미만의 D50입자 크기인 수중유 에멀젼을 수득하기 위해 복수의 비-이온성 유화제를 사용함으로써 혼합 실리콘 유체를 유화하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 에멀젼 제조방법이다. 본 발명은 에멀젼 조성물을 헤어 코스메틱 조성물로 사용한다.

Claims (14)
- 25℃에서 40,000 내지 100,000mPa·s 미만의 점도를 가지는 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산, 및 25℃에서 1,000 내지 15,000mPa·s의 점도 및 폴리머 그램 당 KOH 2 내지 10mg의 아민가(amine value)를 가지는 아미노 실리콘을 포함하는 실리콘 혼합물;
하나 또는 그 이상의 비-이온성 유화제를 포함하는 유화제의 혼합물로서, 유화제 혼합물은 10 내지 16의 HLB 값을 가지는 유화제의 혼합물; 및
물;
을 포함하는, 350nm 미만의 D50 입자 크기를 갖는 수중유(oil-in-water) 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산의 점도는 25℃에서 40,000 내지 70,000mPa·s인 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산의 점도는 25℃에서 51,000 내지 70,000mPa·s인 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산은 하이드록실 말단 디알킬폴리실록산 또는 메톡시 말단 디알킬폴리실록산 또는 이들의 혼합물을 100중량ppm 미만으로 포함하는 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실리콘은 트리알킬실릴 말단 아미노 실리콘인 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실리콘은 하이드록실 말단 아미노 실리콘 또는 메톡시 말단 아미노 실리콘 또는 이들의 혼합물을 100중량ppm 미만으로 포함하는 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실리콘은 폴리머 그램 당 KOH 2 내지 8mg의 아민가인 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실리콘은 폴리머 그램 당 KOH 3.5 내지 8mg의 아민가를 갖는 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유화제의 혼합물은 선택적으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 양이온성 유화제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-이온성 유화제의 혼합물은 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 알킬 에터 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 알킬 에스터의 혼합물인 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수중유 에멀젼은 살생제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 수중유 에멀젼.
- 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법으로서,
혼합 실리콘 유체를 수득하기 위해, 25℃에서 40,000 내지 100,000mPa·s 미만의 점도를 가지는 트리알킬실릴 말단 디알킬폴리실록산 및 25℃에서 1,000 내지 15,000mPa·s의 점도 및 폴리머 그램 당 KOH 2 내지 10mg의 아민가를 가지는 아미노 실리콘을, 15℃ 내지 40℃의 온도에서 혼합하는 단계;
실리콘-유화제-혼합물을 수득하기 위해, 하나 또는 그 이상의 비-이온성 유화제를 포함하는 유화제의 혼합물로서, 유화제 혼합물은 10 내지 16의 HLB 값을 가지는 유화제의 혼합물을 첨가하는 단계;
상기 실리콘-유화제-혼합물을 균질화하는 단계; 및
350nm 미만의 D50 입자 크기를 갖는 수중유 에멀젼을 수득하기 위해, 단계적으로 물, 또는 탈염수를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 수중유 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 살생제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 에멀젼의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유화제의 혼합물은 하나 또는 그 이상의 비-이온성 유화제를 혼합함으로써 제조되는 것인, 에멀젼의 제조방법.
