- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 퓨란계 화합물은 2-메틸퓨란, 퍼퓨랄 및 감마발레로락톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 1단 반응기에 퓨란계 화합물을 투입하기 전에, 비활성 기체 분위기 하의 300 ℃ 이상에서 각 촉매를 환원시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 1단 반응기에 퓨란계 화합물을 투입하고, 1단 반응기에서 반응을 마친 중간 생성물을 2단 반응기로 이동시키고, 2단 반응기에서 반응을 마친 중간 생성물을 3단 반응기로 이동시켜 퓨란계 화합물로부터 C5-15 탄화수소 화합물을 생산하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 연속식 반응기는 상단에 위치한 1단 반응기, 상기 1단 반응기와 연결되고 1단 반응기 하단에 위치한 2단 반응기 및 상기 2단 반응기와 연결되고 2단 반응기 하단에 위치한 3단 반응기를 포함하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 1단 반응기는 50 내지 150 ℃에서 실시하고, 2단 반응기는 100 내지 250 ℃에서 실시하고, 3단 반응기는 200 내지 400 ℃에서 실시하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 텅스테이트 지르코니아 담체에 담지된 루테늄 (Ru)을 포함하는 퓨란계 화합물의 중합, 수소화 및 수첨탈산소 3단 연속 반응용 촉매를 사용하여 오일 생성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 20 중량% 이상에 해당하는 C15 탄화수소 화합물을 생산하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 텅스테이트 지르코니아 담체에 담지된 니켈 (Ni)을 포함하는 퓨란계 화합물의 중합, 수소화 및 수첨탈산소 3단 연속 반응용 촉매를 사용하여 오일 생성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 40 중량% 이상에 해당하는 C10 탄화수소 화합물을 생산하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 텅스테이트 지르코니아 담체에 담지된 팔라듐 (Pd)을 포함하는 퓨란계 화합물의 중합, 수소화 및 수첨탈산소 3단 연속 반응용 촉매를 사용하여 오일 생성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 20 중량% 이상에 해당하는 C5 탄화수소 화합물을 생산하는 것인, 퓨란계 화합물의 전환 방법.
