Abstract
Description

Claims (40)
- STEAP-1에 결합하는 항체로서, 서열번호 1의 중쇄 상보성 결정 영역(HCDR) 1, 서열번호 2의 HCDR 2, 및 서열번호 4, 서열번호 5 및 서열번호 6으로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 HCDR 3을 포함하는 중쇄 가변 영역(VH), 및 서열번호 7의 경쇄 상보성 결정 영역(LCDR) 1, 서열번호 8의 LCDR 2 및 서열번호 9의 LCDR 3을 포함하는 경쇄 가변 영역(VL)을 포함하는 항체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
VH가 서열번호 11, 서열번호 12 및 서열번호 13의 그룹 중에서 선택된 아미노산 서열에 적어도 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99% 또는 100% 일치하는 아미노산 서열을 포함하고, VL이 서열번호 14의 아미노산 서열에 적어도 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99% 또는 100% 일치하는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 항체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

제2 항원 결합 부분이, Fab 경쇄 및 Fab 중쇄의 가변 도메인 VL 및 VH 또는 불변 도메인 CL 및 CH1이 서로에 의해 교체된 Fab 분자인 이중특이성 항원 결합 분자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
제1 항원 결합 부분이, 불변 도메인 CL에서 124번 위치의 아미노산이 리신(K), 아르기닌(R) 또는 히스티딘(H)(카밧(Kabat)에 따른 넘버링)에 의해 독립적으로 치환되고 123번 위치의 아미노산이 리신(K), 아르기닌(R) 또는 히스티딘(H)(카밧에 따른 넘버링)에 의해 독립적으로 치환되며, 불변 도메인 CH1에서 147번 위치의 아미노산이 글루탐산(E) 또는 아스파트산(D)(카밧 EU 인덱스에 따른 넘버링)에 의해 독립적으로 치환되고 213번 위치의 아미노산이 글루탐산(E) 또는 아스파트산(D)(카밧 EU 인덱스에 따른 넘버링)에 의해 독립적으로 치환된 Fab 분자인 이중특이성 항원 결합 분자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 항원 결합 부분이 임의적으로 펩타이드 링커를 통해 서로에 융합되는 이중특이성 항원 결합 분자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 항원 결합 부분이 각각 Fab 분자이고, (i) 상기 제2 항원 결합 부분이 Fab 중쇄의 C-말단에서 상기 제1 항원 결합 부분의 Fab 중쇄의 N-말단에 융합되거나, (ii) 상기 제1 항원 결합 부분이 Fab 중쇄의 C-말단에서 상기 제2 항원 결합 부분의 Fab 중쇄의 N-말단에 융합되는 이중특이성 항원 결합 분자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
제3 항원 결합 부분을 포함하는 이중특이성 항원 결합 분자. - 제 17 항에 있어서,

- 제 25 항의 폴리뉴클레오타이드(들) 또는 상기 폴리뉴클레오타이드(들)를 포함하는 하나 이상의 벡터를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
- STEAP-1에 결합하는 항체의 생산 방법으로서,
a) 제1항의 항체를 암호화하는 하나 이상의 단리된 폴리뉴클레오타이드 또는 상기 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 하나 이상의 벡터를 포함하는 숙주 세포를 상기 항체의 발현에 적합한 조건하에서 배양하는 단계, 및
b) 임의적으로 상기 항체를 회수하는 단계
