Claims (12)
- 터치패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 영상을 표시하는 표시영역과 표시영역 주변의 비표시영역을 포함하는 표시패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 상부 전극과 하부 전극 및 압전층을 포함하는 압전 소자와;
상기 압전 소자에 연결된 정류 회로
를 포함하고,
상기 상부 전극과 상기 하부 전극의 각각은 상기 표시영역에 형성된 상기 터치패널의 전극들의 총 면적보다 큰 면적을 가지는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압전 소자는 상기 터치패널과 상기 표시패널 사이에 위치하는 표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 압전층은 압전 폴리머를 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 압전 폴리머는 PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride)나, P(VDF-TrFE)(polyvinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene), P(VDF-TrFE-CFE), P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE), 탄소나노튜브(carbon nanotube)가 도핑된 PVDF, 또는 phosphazene계 고분자인 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은 표시영역과 비표시영역이 정의된 기판과, 상기 기판 상부의 표시영역에 형성된 박막트랜지스터 및 발광다이오드를 포함하고,
상기 정류회로는 상기 기판 상부의 비표시영역에 형성되는 표시장치.
- 터치패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 영상을 표시하는 표시패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 상부 전극과 하부 전극 및 압전층을 포함하는 압전 소자와;
상기 압전 소자에 연결된 정류 회로
를 포함하고,
상기 표시패널은 표시영역과 비표시영역이 정의된 기판과, 상기 기판 상부의 표시영역에 형성된 박막트랜지스터 및 발광다이오드를 포함하고,
상기 정류회로는 상기 기판 상부의 비표시영역에 형성되며,
상기 정류회로는 양극과 음극, P형 반도체 및 N형 반도체를 포함하고, 상기 양극과 음극은 상기 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 전극 또는 소스 및 드레인 전극과 동일층에 동일물질로 이루어지고, 상기 P형 반도체와 상기 N형 반도체 중 하나는 상기 박막트랜지스터의 반도체층과 동일층에 동일물질로 이루어지는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은 상기 터치패널과 상기 압전 소자 사이에 위치하는 표시장치.
- 터치패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 영상을 표시하는 표시패널과;
상기 터치패널 하부에 위치하고, 상부 전극과 하부 전극 및 압전층을 포함하는 압전 소자와;
상기 압전 소자에 연결된 정류 회로
를 포함하고,
상기 표시패널은 상기 터치패널과 상기 압전 소자 사이에 위치하며,
상기 압전 소자는 상기 표시패널과 상기 하부 전극 사이에 베이스 필름을 더 포함하고, 상기 정류 회로는 상기 베이스 필름 상에 형성되는 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 압전층은 압전 폴리머나, 압전 세라믹, 또는 압전 세라믹과 고분자를 포함하는 유무기 복합체인 표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압전 소자는 상기 하부 전극 하부의 제1 버퍼층과 상기 상부 전극 상부의 제2 버퍼층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압전층은 상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극 사이에 배치되고, 상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극 중 하나는 상기 압전층과 상기 터치패널 사이에 위치하는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극의 각각은 상기 비표시영역에 부분적으로 위치하는 표시장치.
