Description
도 2는 다양한 촉매를 사용하고 촉매의 양을 다르게 한 연속식 반응 체제의 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트의 제조에서의 전환 및 선택성을 제시한다.
Claims (15)
- (a) 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, (b) 디메틸아미노알칸올 및 (c) 알콜 중 리튬 알콕시드의 용액을 포함하는 촉매 시스템을 포함하는 혼합물이 반응되는, 디메틸아미노알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 제조하는 방법으로서, 촉매 시스템이 알칼리 토금속 화합물을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법이며,
여기서 촉매 시스템은 메탄올 중 리튬 메톡시드의 용액 또는 메탄올 또는 tert-부탄올 중 리튬 tert-부톡시드의 용액으로 이루어지는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 반응 동안 추가의 양의 (a) 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, (b) 디메틸아미노알칸올 및 임의적으로 (c) 촉매 시스템이 반응 혼합물에 첨가되고, 형성된 디메틸아미노알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트가 반응 혼합물로부터 부분적으로 또는 완전히 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디메틸아미노알칸올이 2-디메틸아미노-1-에탄올, 3-디메틸아미노-1-프로판올, 4-디메틸아미노-1-부탄올, 5-디메틸아미노-1-펜탄올, 6-디메틸아미노-1-헥산올, 7-디메틸아미노-1-헵탄올, 및 8-디메틸아미노-1-옥탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트가 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트, 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 펜틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트, 헵틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 옥틸 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디메틸아미노알칸올이 2-디메틸아미노-1-에탄올이고, 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트가 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 100 내지 140℃ 범위의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 히드로퀴논 모노메틸 에테르 및 2,4-디메틸-6-tert-부틸페놀로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 억제제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중 (a) 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 대 (b) 디메틸아미노알칸올의 몰비가 3.5:1 내지 1.1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중 리튬 알콕시드의 분율이, 디메틸아미노알칸올을 기준으로 하여, 0.4 내지 5 mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
