상기 컨트롤러는 상기 수용된 에어로졸 발생 물품의 위치를 나타내는 위치 검출기로부터의 신호를 수신하도록 구성되고, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품이 부적절한 위치에 있을 때, 경고 신호를 발생시키기 위해 상기 경고 요소를 제어하도록 구성되고, 상기 컨트롤러는 에어로졸 발생 물품이 부적절한 위치에 있는 제2 미리 결정된 시간보다 더 오래 에어로졸 발생 장치의 가열 요소가 작동될 때, 미리 결정된 시간 동안 추가 경고 신호를 발생시키기 위해 경고 요소를 제어하도록 구성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 부적절한 위치는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 에어로졸 발생 기재의 기화 및 에어로졸 발생이 여전히 가능한 위치이고, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 부적절한 위치는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 원하는 최적 작동 위치와 상이한 위치인, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치 검출기는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품이 상기 수용 영역 내에 수용될 때, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 전도성 영역과 접촉하도록 구성된 전기 접촉부를 포함하거나, 상기 위치 검출기는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품이 상기 수용 영역 내에 수용될 때, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 전기 접촉부와 접촉하도록 구성된 전도성 영역을 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치 검출기는 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 위치와 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 원하는 최적 작동 위치 사이의 거리를 측정하도록 구성된 근접 센서를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 근접 센서는 홀 효과 센서로서 구성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 위치 검출기는 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치의 가열 요소가 작동되지 않을 때, 비활성화되거나 상기 경고 신호의 발생을 방지하도록 구성되는 것,
상기 컨트롤러는 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치의 가열 요소가 작동되지 않을 때, 상기 경고 요소가 상기 경고 신호를 발생시키는 것을 방지하도록 구성되는 것,
상기 경고 요소는 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치의 가열 요소가 작동되지 않을 때, 비활성화되거나 상기 경고 신호의 발생을 방지하도록 구성되는 것

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치 검출기는 원하는 최적 작동 위치로부터 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 거리를 검출하도록 구성되고, 상기 경고 요소는 상기 원하는 최적 작동 위치로부터 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품의 검출된 거리에 따라 점진적인 경고 신호를 발생시키도록 구성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소 및 상기 위치 검출기는 공통 전기 회로를 이용하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 에어로졸 발생 시스템으로서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 에어로졸 발생 장치 및 에어로졸 발생 기재를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품을 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 에어로졸 발생 장치 내에 수용된 에어로졸 발생 물품의 부적절한 위치에 대한 경고 신호를 발생시키는 방법으로서,
상기 위치 검출기에 의해, 상기 수용된 에어로졸 발생 물품의 위치를 검출하는 단계,
