Claims (16)
- 폴리카보네이트/프라이머층/하드코팅층으로 이루어진 광학 적층체에 있어서,
(A) 상기 하드코팅층은 지환식 에폭시기를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 알콕시 실란의 가수분해 축합에 의해 제조된 실록산 수지를 경화한 경화물이고;
(B) 상기 프라이머층은 아크릴계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지 및 에폭시계 수지 중 하나 이상의 경화성 수지와, 상기 실록산 수지의 혼합물의 경화물이며,
상기 프라이머층과 하드코팅층은 계면에서 에폭시기의 반응에 의해 화학적으로 결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체;

여기서, R1은 지환식 에폭시기를 포함하는 선형 또는 분지형의 C1~C6알킬기이고, 지환식 에폭시기는 C3~C6의 사이클로 알킬기로서 에폭시기와 융합된 이중고리를 형성하며,

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알콕시 실란의 R1은 2-(3,4-에폭시사이클로헥실)에틸기 또는 2-(3,4-에폭시-3-메틸사이클로헥실)에틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
380~780 nm에서의 평균 투과율이 90% 이상이고, 헤이즈가 1% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광학 적층체의 하드코팅면에 대한 연필경도가 5H~7H이고, ASTM D3763에 따른 낙하충격강도가 20~50 J인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 광학 적층체의 내굴곡성을 나타내는 곡률반경은 10~25 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
20W UV-B 램프를 20 cm 이격시킨 상태에서 18시간 조사한 후 황색도의 차이가 0.30 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체.
- (A) 폴리카보네이트 기판, 아크릴계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지 및 에폭시계 수지 중 하나 이상의 경화성 수지와, 지환식 에폭시기를 포함하는 화학식 1의 알콕시 실란의 가수분해 축합에 의해 제조된 실록산 수지를 각각 준비하는 단계;

(B) 상기 실록산 수지와 경화성 수지를 소정 비율로 혼합하여 프라이머 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
(C) 상기 폴리카보네이트 기판 상에 상기 프라이머 조성물을 코팅하고 경화하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계;
(D) 상기 프라이머층 상에 상기 알콕시 실란의 가수분해 축합물을 코팅하고 경화하여 하드코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1의 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 (B) 단계에서 상기 실록산 수지와 상기 경화성 수지는 20:80~80:20 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 (C) 단계에서 프라이머층의 형성은 프라이머 조성물의 광경화에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 (D) 단계에서 하드코팅층의 형성은,
(a) 상기 실록산 수지를 광경화하는 단계; 및
(b) 광경화물을 50% 이상의 상대습도 조건에서 열처리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11 또는 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 광경화 단계 이전에 열처리에 의해 용매를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 아크릴계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지 및 에폭시계 수지 중 하나 이상의 경화성 수지, 및 하기 화학식 1의 알콕시 실란의 가수분해 축합에 의해 제조된 실록산 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머 조성물.
