도 3과 도 4는 본 발명의 제1 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치의 제1, 제2 변속단에서의 개략적인 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치의 파킹상태의 개략적인 사시도이다.
도 6과 도 7은 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치의 제1, 제2 변속단에서의 개략적인 사시도이다.

Claims (14)
- 액추에이터의 회전력을 전달받아 포크 레일 상의 시프트 포크를 통해 기어 변속을 제어하는 시프팅 유닛과, 액추에이터의 회전력을 전달받아 파킹 스프래그를 통해 파킹기어를 정지 및 해제 제어하는 파킹 유닛을 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치에 있어서,
상기 액추에이터는 상기 시프팅 유닛과 파킹 유닛의 각 피동기어에 외접 기어 연결되는 구동기어를 통해 회전력을 전달하는 하나의 제어모터로 이루어지고,
상기 시프팅 유닛은
상기 포크 레일 상에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 포크 슬라이더;
상기 포크 슬라이더의 하부 일측에 일체로 형성되어 변속용 싱크로나이저를 제어하는 시프트 포크;
상기 구동기어와 외접 치합되는 제1 피동기어와 제1 연결축을 통하여 연결되며, 외주면을 따라서 변속단용 캠면이 형성되는 캠 블록;
상기 포크 슬라이더의 상부 일측에 일체로 형성되어 상기 캠 블록의 외주면을 따라 형성된 상기 캠면에 접촉되는 캠 접촉핀; 및
상기 포크 레일 상에 끼워진 상태로, 일단이 고정단에 지지되고, 타단이 상기 포크 슬라이더를 상기 캠 블록 측으로 탄성 지지하는 리턴 스프링을 포함하고,
상기 파킹 유닛은
파킹기어;
선단에 형성된 치합단이 상기 파킹기어에 대응하도록 배치되고, 후단부가 스프래그 축에 끼워진 상태로, 리턴 스프링에 의해 파킹 해제 방향으로 작동하도록 설치되는 파킹 스프래그;
상기 구동기어와 외접 치합되는 제2 피동기어와 제2 연결축을 통하여 연결되며, 외주면을 따라서 프로파일 홈이 형성되는 프로파일 드럼;
변속기 하우징에 고정된 레버 축에 중앙을 통하여 회전 가능하게 끼워진 상태로, 상단이 상기 프로파일 홈에 접촉된 상태로 설치되는 파킹 레버; 및
선단부에 캠부가 형성되어 상기 파킹 스프래그의 선단부에 대응하여 배치되고, 후단은 상기 파킹 레버의 하단부에 연결되는 파킹 로드를 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동기어는
상기 제1, 제2 피동기어에 각각 상기 제어모터의 회전력을 감속하여 전달하도록 기어비가 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기어비는
상기 구동기어와 제1 피동기어의 감속비에 비하여 상기 구동기어와 제2 피동기어의 감속비가 더 크게 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 레버는
상기 레버 축을 중심으로 회전 작동하여 상기 파킹 로드를 수평 작동시키도록 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 로드는
선단부의 캠부가 상기 스프래그 축을 중심으로 힌지 작동하는 파킹 스프래그의 선단부를 눌러 파킹기어에 치합단이 치합되도록 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로파일 홈은
상기 프로파일 드럼의 외주면을 따라 일정구간 축방향 위상이 다르게 형성되며,
파킹을 위한 제1단 위상과, 파킹 해제를 위한 제2단 위상으로 구분되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캠면은
상기 캠 블록의 외주면을 따라 구간별로 중립 구간, 제1 변속단 구간, 제2 변속단 구간으로 구획되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 삭제
