Abstract
Description
도 2는, (a) EGF를 함유하는 통상의 조성물, 및 (b) EGF 및 세포 성장인자 안정화 성분을 함유하는 본 발명의 조성물을 HaCaT 세포에 처리한 뒤, 열 처리에 따른 세포 증식률 변화를 정량적으로 비교한 결과이다.
Claims (16)
- 세포 성장인자를 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 있어서,
세포 성장인자 안정화 성분으로 하이드롤라이즈드 글라이코사미노글리칸 (Hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycan); 및 히알루론산 (Hyaluronic acid) 또는 이의 염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세포 성장인자는, 염기성 섬유아세포 성장인자 (bFGF), 상피세포 성장인자 (EGF), 케라티노사이트 성장인자 (KGF), 형질전환 성장인자 알파 (TGFα), 형질전환 성장인자 베타 (TGFβ), 과립구 형성 자극인자 (GCSF), 인슐린 유사 성장인자 (IGF), 혈관내피 성장인자 (VEGF), 종양괴사인자 (TNF), 및 인터류킨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 세포 성장인자는, 상피세포 성장인자 (EGF)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 세포 성장인자는 0.1 내지 10ng/ml의 농도로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.

상기 하이드롤라이즈드 글라이코사미노글리칸 : 히알루론산 또는 이의 염의 조성비가 10 :1 내지 300:1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은, 수용성 염을 더 함유하며,
상기 수용성 염은 NaCl 및 KCl로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 염은, 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 0.01 내지 3 중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물.
- 하이드롤라이즈드 글라이코사미노글리칸 (Hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycan); 및 히알루론산 (Hyaluronic acid) 또는 이의 염을 포함하는, 세포성장 인자 안정화용 조성물.
