Claims (14)
- 개구부의 구경이 직경 1000㎛ 이하의 오목부를 복수개 가지고, 상기 오목부의 내측면이 세포 비접착성 표면을 가지면서, 상기 오목부의 저면이 세포 접착성 표면을 갖고,
상기 세포 비접착성 표면은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, MPC(2-메타크릴로일옥시에틸포스포릴콜린), poly-HEMA(폴리하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트), 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄, 및 알부민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 세포 접착성 표면은 폴리이미드를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 구성되며, 원형도가 0.8 내지 1.0인 스페로이드 제조를 위한 세포 배양용 시트로,
상기 세포 배양용 시트는,
상기 개구부의 관통공(貫通孔)을 갖는 세포 비접착성 표면을 갖는 층과, 세포 접착성 표면을 갖는 층의 적층물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포 배양용 시트.
