Claims (21)
- 50 내지 95%의 γδ T-세포를 포함하는 분리된 세포독성 면역 세포의 증식된 집단을 포함하는, 신경아교종 또는 아교모세포종 치료용 약학적 조성물로서,
상기 γδ T-세포의 50% 이상이 하나 이상의 화학치료제에 대한 내성을 부여하는 폴리펩티드를 발현하도록 유전적으로 변형된 것이고, 상기 하나 이상의 화학치료제에 대한 내성을 부여하는 폴리펩티드가 O6 메틸구아닌 DNA 메틸트랜스퍼라제(MGMT) 또는 P140KMGMT 이고,
상기 조성물이 상기 γδ T-세포가 내성인 유효량의 화학치료제와 조합하여 사용되고,
상기 조성물이 하나 이상의 면역 체크포인트 억제제와 조합하여 사용되고, 상기 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 CTLA-4, PDL1 또는 PD1 에 대한 항체이고, 및
상기 화학치료제가 테모졸로미드인, 약학적 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 분리된 세포독성 면역 세포의 집단이 5 내지 25%의 NK 세포를 포함하는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내성을 부여하는 폴리펩티드가 P140KMGMT인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 트레멜리무맙, PD-L1 모노클로날 항체(항-B7-H1; MEDI4736), MK-3475, OPDIVO®/니볼루맙, CT-011, BMS-936559, MPLDL3280A, MSB0010718C, YERVOY®/이필리무맙, 및 펨브롤리주맙(KEYTRUDA®)으로부터 선택되는, 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리된 세포독성 면역 세포의 집단의 투여 및 면역 체크포인트 억제제의 투여가 동시에 또는 순차적으로 발생하는, 약학적 조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 면역 체크포인트 억제제, 및
50 내지 95%의 γδ T-세포를 포함하는 분리된 세포독성 면역 세포의 증식된 집단을 포함하는, 신경아교종 또는 아교모세포종 치료용 조성물로서,
상기 γδ T-세포의 50% 초과가, 화학치료제에 대한 내성을 부여하는 폴리펩티드를 발현하고, 상기 하나 이상의 화학치료제에 대한 내성을 부여하는 폴리펩티드가 O6 메틸구아닌 DNA 메틸트랜스퍼라제(MGMT) 또는 P140KMGMT 이고,
상기 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 CTLA-4, PDL1 또는 PD1 에 대한 항체인, 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서, 세포독성 면역 세포의 집단이 5% 내지 25%의 NK 세포를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세포독성 면역 세포가 인간 유도된 다능성 줄기 세포(hiPSC)로부터 유래되는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 PD-1 에 대한 항체인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 PDL1 에 대한 항체인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 면역 체크포인트 억제제가 CTLA-4 에 대한 항체인, 조성물.
