- 리튬 금속층; 및
상기 리튬 금속층의 적어도 일면에 형성되는 탄소계 박막층;을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극으로,
상기 탄소계 박막층은 복수의 다공성 탄소재가 수평방향으로 일방향 정렬되어 있는 것이며,
상기 탄소계 박막층의 두께는 2 내지 8μm며,
상기 탄소계 박막층의 기공은 10 내지 100nm이며,
상기 기공은 복수의 다공성 탄소재가 수평방향으로 일방향 정렬되어 형성된 것인, 리튬 이차전지용 음극. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 탄소재는 탄소나노튜브 또는 탄소나노섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극.
