Claims (7)
- 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 부위를 확인하고, 이물질을 제거하는 단계;
상기 이물질이 제거된 균열 부위를 V 컷팅 또는 U 컷팅하는 단계;
상기 컷팅된 부위에 충전재를 충전하는 단계;
상기 이물질이 제거된 균열 부위 또는 충전재가 충전된 부위에 균열 마감재를 충전하고, 표면을 정리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 충전재는 시멘트 25~35중량%, 석영 10~20중량%, 수산화칼슘 1~5중량%, 실리카 0.1~5중량%, 순지트 파우더 5~10중량%, 포졸란 1~2중량%, 부분탄화 면섬유 1~2중량%, 오리털 분말 1~2중량% 및 잔부의 폴리아크릴로니트릴을 포함하며,
상기 균열 마감재는 수용성 페녹시 수지 10~40중량%, 실란 커플링제 1~5중량%, 징크크로마이트 1~5중량%, 나노타입의 세라믹 볼 10~20중량%, 순지트 파우더 1~5중량% 및 잔부의 용매를 포함하고,
상기 균열 마감재는 자기치유제 1~5중량%를 더 포함하며,
상기 자기치유제는 아이소포론 다이이소시아네이트와 스투키 섬유재 분말을 폴리우레탄으로 캡슐화하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 보수를 포함한 방수방법.

상기 충전재는 스투키 섬유재 분말 1~5중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 보수를 포함한 방수방법.

상기 이물질이 제거된 부위에 균열 마감재를 충전하고, 표면을 정리하는 단계 후,
상기 구조물의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하고, 상기 균열 마감재를 도포하여 표면 방수층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 보수를 포함한 방수방법.
