도 2는 서로 다른 제조공정온도에 따라 제조된 산화철의 파장에 따른 반사율을 도시한 그래프이다.
도 3은 산화철의 직경에 따른 흡수효율을 도시한 그래프이고, 도 4는 산화철의 직경에 따른 산란효율을 도시한 그래프이다.
도 5는 산화구리의 직경에 따른 흡수효율을 도시한 그래프이고, 도 6은 산화구리의 직경에 따른 산란효율을 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (12)
- 수지; 및
라이다 센서의 파장에 미산란(Mie scattering)이 발생하는 크기의 금속산화물을 포함하는 블랙안료;를 포함하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물로서,
라이다 센서의 파장이 905nm인 경우, 금속산화물의 크기는 400nm 내지 600nm이고,
라이다 센서의 파장이 1,550nm인 경우, 금속산화물의 크기는 800nm 내지 1,000nm이며,
금속산화물은 Fe2O3 및 가시광 파장대역에서 Fe2O3보다 흡수율이 높은 CuO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
수지는 올레핀계 수지, 비닐계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리아마이드계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 셀룰로오스계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 폴리설폰계 수지, 폴리에테르 설폰계 수지, 폴리아세탈계 수지 및 폴리(메타)아크릴계수지 중 적어도 하나의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물.

수지는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 97wt% 내지70wt%로 포함되고,
블랙안료는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 3wt% 내지 30wt%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
금속산화물의 크기는 수지의 굴절률에 따라 달라지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물.
- 라이다 센서의 파장에 미산란(Mie scattering)이 발생하는 크기의 금속산화물을 포함하는 블랙안료 분산액을 준비하는 단계; 및
블랙안료 분산액 및 수지를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물 제조방법으로서,
라이다 센서의 파장이 905nm인 경우, 금속산화물의 크기는 400nm 내지 600nm이고,
라이다 센서의 파장이 1,550nm인 경우, 금속산화물의 크기는 800nm 내지 1,000nm이며,
금속산화물은 Fe2O3 및 가시광 파장대역에서 Fe2O3보다 흡수율이 높은 CuO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이다 센서용 도료 조성물 제조방법.
