Claims (11)
- 전극 활물질과 바인더를 포함하는 전극 합제가 집전체에 코팅되어 있는 이차전지용 전극으로서,
제 1 바인더로서 PVdF와 전극 활물질을 포함하고 있고, 집전체 상에 코팅되어 있는 제 1 전극 합제층; 및
제 2 바인더와 전극 활물질을 포함하고 있고, 상기 제 1 전극 합체층 상에 코팅되어 있는 제 2 전극 합제층;
을 포함하며;
상기 제 1 바인더의 결정화도는 58% 이상이고,
상기 제2 바인더의 결정화도는 58% 미만인 이차전지용 전극. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 바인더는 PVdF인 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 양극인 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극 합제층의 두께는 제 2 전극 합체층의 두께를 기준으로 5 내지 45%의 크기인 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극 합제층의 전극 활물질과 제 2 전극 합제층의 전극 활물질의 종류는 동일한 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 바인더의 함량 및 제 2 바인더의 함량은 각각의 전극 합체층 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 15 중량%인 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극 합제층 및 제 2 전극 합제층은 각각 전자 전도성의 도전재를 더 포함하는 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 도전재의 함량은, 각각 제 1 바인더 및 제 2 바인더 100 중량부 대비 20 중량부 내지 100 중량부인 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 따른 이차전지용 전극을 제조하는 방법으로서,
(i) 제 1 바인더로서 PVdF와 전극 활물질을 포함하는 슬러리를 집전체에 도포한 후 공기 분위기 하에서 섭씨 120도 내지 140도에서 1차 건조하고, 다시 진공 상태에서 섭씨 150도 내지 190도로 2차 건조하여 제 1 전극 합제층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(ii) 제 2 바인더와 전극 활물질을 포함하는 슬러리를 상기 제 1 전극 합제층에 도포한 후 공기 분위기 하에서 섭씨 120도 내지 140도로 건조, 압연하여 제 2 전극 합제층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
