Description
도 2는 표면개질전 PP와 아황산나트륨에 의해 표면개질된 PP의 물 젖음성을 나타내며 (a)는 물접촉 시점에서의 표면을 촬영한 도면이고, (b)는 물 접촉 이후 5초가 경과한 시점에서 PP 표면을 촬영한 도면이다.
도 3은 5 중량% 농도의 아황산나트륨으로 처리된 PP 표면의 물 접촉각 변화를 촬영한 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 하기 단계로 제조되는 친수성으로 표면개질된 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 제조방법으로서,
(1) 1~10㎛ 기공크기를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 부직포를 70 중량% 농도의 에폭시기를 갖는 단량체 용액에 담지하는 단계;
(2) 상기 부직포에 1 내지 10 kGy 세기의 전자선을 조사하여 폴리프로필렌 표면에 상기 단량체를 그라프팅하는 단계;
(3) 상기 단량체가 그라프팅된 부직포를 세척 및 건조한 다음 아황산나트륨(Na2SO3)이 함유된 이소프로필알콜(IPA) 용액에 담지하여 -SO3Na기를 PP 부직포 표면에 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 폴리프로필렌 부직포는 CMP 슬러리내 큰 입자를 제거하기 위한 필터용으로 반도체 공정에서 사용되며,
상기 표면개질된 부직포의 물 접촉각은 0°인 것을 특징으로 하는
친수성으로 표면개질된 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체는 글리시딜 아크릴레이트(GA), 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트(GMA), 비스페놀A 디글리시딜 에테르(DGEBA) 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 친수성으로 표면개질된 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (3) 단계는 상기 단량체가 그라프팅된 상기 부직포를 아황산나트륨 용액에 담지하는 대신 디에탄올아민(Diethanol amine)이 함유된 에탄올 용액에 담지하여 -N(OH)2기를 PP 부직포 표면에 형성시키는 단계인,
친수성으로 표면개질된 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 제조된 친수성으로 표면개질된 폴리프로필렌 부직포.
