도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 EPB 시스템의 제어블록도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 EPB 시스템의 전류감지부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 EPB 시스템에서 모터 스턱 고장 판단을 위한 모터전류, 모터전류변화율, 누적전하량 간의 관계를 설명하기 위한 타이밍도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 EPB 시스템의 제어방법에 대한 제어흐름도이다.

Claims (5)
- 전기모터에 의해 작동하는 EPB(Electronic Parking Brake) 액추에이터를 포함하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 EPB 액추에이터의 전기모터를 구동시키는 모터구동부;
상기 전기모터에 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 전류감지부; 및
주차 작동시 상기 전류감지부를 통해 감지된 모터전류에 따른 모터전류변화율이 미리 설정된 변화율보다 높으면, 상기 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 변화율보다 높을 때부터 상기 전기모터에 투입된 전하량을 누적하고, 누적된 전하량을 근거로 하여 상기 전기모터의 스턱 고장을 판단하되, 상기 누적된 전하량이 미리 설정된 전하량보다 많으면 상기 전기모터의 스턱 고장으로 판단하는 전자제어유닛을 포함하고,
상기 전자제어유닛은,
상기 모터전류변화율이 미리 설정된 제1 변화율보다 높을 때부터 상기 미리 설정된 제1 변화율보다 낮도록 미리 설정된 제2 변화율보다 낮아질 때까지 상기 전기모터에 투입된 전하량을 누적하고,
상기 누적된 전하량이 상기 미리 설정된 전하량을 초과하지 않으면 상기 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 제2 변화율 미만인지 판단하고, 상기 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 제2 변화율 미만이면 상기 누적된 전하량을 리셋하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템. - 삭제

- 전기모터에 의해 작동하는 EPB(Electronic Parking Brake) 액추에이터를 포함하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템의 제어방법에 있어서,
주차 작동시 상기 전기모터에 흐르는 전류를 감지하고,
상기 감지된 모터전류에 따라 모터전류변화율을 산출하고,
상기 산출된 모터전류변화율이 미리 설정된 변화율보다 높으면, 상기 산출된 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 변화율보다 높을 때부터 상기 전기모터에 투입된 전하량을 누적하고,
상기 누적된 전하량이 미리 설정된 전하량보다 많으면, 상기 전기모터의 스턱 고장으로 판단하되,
상기 전하량 누적은, 상기 모터전류변화율이 미리 설정된 제1 변화율보다 높을 때부터 상기 미리 설정된 제1 변화율보다 낮도록 미리 설정된 제2 변화율보다 낮아질 때까지 상기 전기모터에 투입된 전하량을 누적하고,
상기 누적된 전하량이 상기 미리 설정된 전하량을 초과하지 않으면 상기 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 제2 변화율 미만인지 판단하고, 상기 모터전류변화율이 상기 미리 설정된 제2 변화율 미만이면 상기 누적된 전하량을 리셋하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템의 제어방법. - 삭제
