도 4는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 디스플레이 장치의 액티브 영역에 배치된 홀 영역의 주변에 위치하는 경계 영역에 신호 라인이 배치된 구조의 예시를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (18)
- 다수의 게이트 라인, 다수의 데이터 라인 및 다수의 서브픽셀이 배치된 디스플레이 패널;
상기 디스플레이 패널의 액티브 영역에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 홀 영역; 및
상기 홀 영역의 외곽과 접하며 배치된 경계 영역을 포함하고,
상기 다수의 데이터 라인은,
상기 다수의 서브픽셀 중 제1 컬러 서브픽셀로 데이터 전압을 공급하고, 일부분이 상기 경계 영역에 배치된 다수의 제1 데이터 라인; 및
상기 다수의 서브픽셀 중 제2 컬러 서브픽셀로 데이터 전압을 공급하고, 일부분이 상기 경계 영역에 배치되며, 상기 제1 데이터 라인이 배치된 층과 다른 층에 배치된 다수의 제2 데이터 라인을 포함하고,
상기 제2 컬러 서브픽셀은 녹색 서브픽셀이고, 상기 제1 컬러 서브픽셀은 적색 또는 청색 서브픽셀이며,
상기 녹색 서브픽셀을 구동하는 상기 제2 데이터 라인과 상기 다수의 게이트 라인 간의 수직 거리가 상기 녹색 서브픽셀 이외의 서브픽셀을 구동하는 상기 제1 데이터 라인과 상기 다수의 게이트 라인 간의 수직 거리보다 큰 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인은 상기 데이터 라인이 배치된 층과 다른 층에 배치되는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 라인은 상기 다수의 서브픽셀 중 제3 컬러 서브픽셀로 데이터 전압을 더 공급하고,
상기 제2 컬러 서브픽셀이 발산하는 광의 피크 파장은 상기 제1 컬러 서브픽셀이 발산하는 광의 피크 파장보다 작고 상기 제3 컬러 서브픽셀이 발산하는 광의 피크 파장보다 큰 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 라인과 상기 제2 데이터 라인은 교번하여 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 라인과 상기 제2 데이터 라인은 동일한 물질로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경계 영역에 배치된 상기 제1 데이터 라인의 일부분과 상기 제2 데이터 라인의 일부분의 적어도 일부는 만곡된 형태인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경계 영역에 배치된 상기 제1 데이터 라인의 일부분과 상기 제2 데이터 라인의 일부분의 적어도 일부는 절곡된 형태인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경계 영역은 상기 액티브 영역의 경계와 이격되어 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 라인과 상기 제2 데이터 라인 중 적어도 하나는 상기 홀 영역의 일측에 배치된 적어도 하나의 서브픽셀과 상기 홀 영역의 타측에 배치된 적어도 하나의 서브픽셀로 데이터 전압을 공급하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 서브픽셀은 상기 홀 영역과 상기 경계 영역을 제외한 영역에 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 홀 영역은 제1 홀 영역 및 상기 제1 홀 영역에 인접하게 배치된 제2 홀 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제1 홀 영역과 상기 제2 홀 영역의 사이에 위치하는 상기 경계 영역에 배치된 데이터 라인 중 적어도 두 개의 데이터 라인은 서로 반대 방향으로 만곡된 형태인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 경계 영역에서 인접하게 배치되고 서로 반대 방향으로 만곡된 두 개의 데이터 라인은 서로 다른 층에 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
- 액티브 영역에 배치된 적어도 하나의 홀 영역;
상기 홀 영역의 외곽과 접하며 배치된 경계 영역; 및
일부분이 상기 경계 영역에 배치되고, 상기 일부분의 적어도 일부는 만곡된 형태인 다수의 데이터 라인과 다수의 게이트 라인 및 다수의 서브픽셀을 포함하고,
상기 다수의 데이터 라인 중 인접하게 배치된 두 개의 데이터 라인은 서로 다른 층에 배치되되,
상기 다수의 서브픽셀 중 녹색 서브픽셀을 구동하는 데이터 라인과 상기 다수의 게이트 라인 간의 수직 거리가 상기 녹색 서브픽셀 이외의 서브픽셀을 구동하는 데이터 라인과 상기 다수의 게이트 라인 간의 수직 거리보다 큰 디스플레이 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 데이터 라인 중 적어도 하나는 상기 경계 영역의 일측에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 서브픽셀에 배치된 회로 소자와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 경계 영역의 타측에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 서브픽셀에 배치된 회로 소자와 전기적으로 연결된 디스플레이 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 경계 영역은 상기 액티브 영역의 경계와 이격되어 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 라인이 배치된 층과 다른 층에 배치되고, 일부분이 상기 경계 영역에 배치되며, 상기 일부분의 적어도 일부는 만곡된 형태인 다수의 게이트 라인을 더 포함하고,
상기 다수의 게이트 라인 중 인접하게 배치된 두 개의 게이트 라인은 동일한 층에 배치된 디스플레이 장치.
