- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 산화환원효소 변이체 또는 이를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 발현하는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속 미생물을 포함하는 L-글루탐산 생산용 조성물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열을 포함하는 것인 L-글루탐산 생산용 조성물. - 삭제
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 산화환원효소 변이체 또는 이를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 발현하는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속 미생물을 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 및
상기 미생물 또는 미생물이 배양된 배지로부터 L-글루탐산을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 L-글루탐산의 생산 방법.
