Abstract
본 발명의 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조는, 실링 밸브, 분사관 및 상기 분사관의 단부에 설치되는 노즐을 포함하여 이루어져, 설치가 용이하고 액체 분사 효과가 우수하다.
Description
본 출원의 실링 밸브 본체에 있는 원통형 밸브 홀로 액체를 통과시킬 수 있고, 원통형 밸브 홀 상단의 실링 홈에는 마그네틱 바가 수용될 수 있어 원통형 밸브 홀을 막는 데 유용하다. 원통형 밸브 홀 하단에 있는 절두체형 홀과 원통형 액체저장홈은 액체 일부분을 저장하여 원뿔형 분사구에 스며들어 노즐 내부의 액체가 빠르게 휘발되어 결정화되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 노즐과 분사관은 실링 밸브를 통해 실링되어 노즐과 분사관의 연결 지점에서 에어가 새는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

상기 분사관은, 분사관 본체(1-1), 상기 분사관 본체(1-1)의 축방향을 따라 설치되는 분사 홀(1-2) 및 상기 분사 홀(1-2) 내부에 설치되는 마그네틱 바(1-3)를 포함하고, 상기 분사 홀(1-2)의 내벽에는 상기 분사 홀(1-2)의 축방향을 따라 연장되는 복수 개의 가드 스트립(1-4)이 균일하게 설치되고, 각각의 상기 가드 스트립(1-4)의 일단에는 상기 분사 홀(1-2)의 중심을 향해 연장되는 숄더(1-5)가 설치되고, 상기 마그네틱 바(1-3)는 복수 개의 상기 숄더(1-5)와 복수 개의 상기 가드 스트립(1-4)에 의해 둘러싸인 공간 내에서 상기 분사 홀(1-2)의 축방향을 따라 이동되고;
상기 노즐은, 링형 슬리브(2-1), 상기 링형 슬리브(2-1)의 일단에 설치되는 단 플레이트(2-2), 상기 단 플레이트(2-2)의 중심에 설치되는 노즐관(2-3) 및 상기 노즐관(2-3)의 단부에 설치되는 원뿔형 분사구(2-4)를 포함하고; 상기 단 플레이트(2-2)에는 상기 노즐관(2-3)의 외주를 둘러싸고 있는 링형 플랜지(2-5)가 더 설치되고, 상기 노즐관(2-3)과 원뿔형 분사구(2-4) 내부에 상기 링형 슬리브(2-1) 내부와 연통되는 액체 통로(2-6)가 설치되고, 상기 노즐관(2-3)과 상기 링형 플랜지(2-5) 사이에는 링형 홈(2-7)이 둘러 싸여지게 형성되고;
상기 링형 슬리브(2-1)와 상기 분사관 본체(1-1)는 나사산 연결되거나 클램핑되며; 상기 링형 슬리브(2-1) 내부에는 실링 밸브가 설치되며,
상기 원통형 밸브 홀(2)의 꼭대기단에는 실링 홈(5)이 설치되고, 상기 실링 홈(5)과 상기 실링 밸브 본체(1)의 꼭대기단에 있는 연결 지점이 원형 아치를 통해 전이(circular arc transition)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 숄더(1-5)의 일단에 위치하는 상기 분사관 본체(1-1)의 외측벽에는 수나사산(1-6)이 설치되고, 상기 링형 슬리브(2-1)의 개구단에는 상기 수나사산(1-6)과 매칭되는 암나사산(2-8)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 숄더(1-5)와 대향되는 상기 분사관 본체(1-1)의 다른 일단에 연결 링 스테이션(1-7)이 설치되고, 상기 연결 링 스테이션(1-7)의 외측벽에는 링형 보스(1-8)가 설치되고, 상기 링형 슬리브(2-1)의 개구단에는 상기 링형 보스(1-8)와 매칭되는 링형 오목홈(2-9)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 마그네틱 바(1-3)의 형상은 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가드 스트립(1-4)의 수량이 3개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제5항에 있어서,
복수 개의 상기 숄더(1-5)로 둘러싸여진 원형 절단면의 직경은 상기 마그네틱 바(1-3)의 절단면 직경보다 작고, 복수 개의 상기 가드 스트립(1-4)으로 둘러싸인 원형 절단면의 직경은 상기 마그네틱 바(1-3)의 절단면 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절두체형 홀(3)의 큰 바닥단에는 원통형 액체저장홈(4)이 연통되고, 상기 절두체형 홀(3)과 상기 원통형 액체저장홈(4)이 동축으로 설치되며, 상기 원통형 액체저장홈(4)의 직경은 상기 절두체형 홀(3)에 있는 큰 바닥단의 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 밸브 본체(1)의 형상은 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 밸브를 포함하는 액체 배출 구조. - 삭제
