도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 소스 드라이버를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 블록도이다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 소스 드라이버의 제어 신호 생성기의 블록도이다.
도 4는 일 실시예 따른 소스 드라이버에서 소스 드라이버의 특성을 샘플링하는 동작을 설명하기 위한 타이밍도이다.
도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 소스 드라이버에서 픽셀들의 특성을 샘플링하는 동작을 설명하기 위한 타이밍도이다.
Claims (15)
- 표시 패널의 픽셀들과 연결되는 일반 채널들;
무 부하인 적어도 하나의 플로팅 채널; 및
상기 일반 채널들과 상기 플로팅 채널의 신호를 샘플링하는 샘플링 회로;를 포함하고,
상기 픽셀들의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제1 기간에 제1 기준 전압을 상기 플로팅 채널에 제공하고,
상기 제1 기간에 상기 제1 기준 전압을 상기 플로팅 채널에 제공하는 적어도 하나의 제1 스위치를 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제1 스위치는 상기 제1 기간에 턴온되고 소스 드라이버의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제2 기간에 턴오프되는 소스 드라이버. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기간에 인에이블되고 상기 제2 기간에 디스에이블되는 제2 제어 신호를 생성하고 상기 제2 제어 신호를 상기 제1 스위치에 제공하는 제어 신호 생성기를 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
소스 드라이버의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제2 기간에 제2 기준 전압을 상기 일반 채널들과 상기 적어도 하나의 플로팅 채널에 제공하는 소스 드라이버. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 기간에 상기 제2 기준 전압을 상기 일반 채널들과 상기 적어도 하나의 플로팅 채널에 제공하는 제2 스위치들을 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 스위치들은 상기 제2 기간에 턴온되고 상기 제1 기간에 턴오프되는 소스 드라이버. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 플로팅 채널의 디지털 데이터를 고정된 디지털 코드로 처리하는 데이터 처리부를 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 일반 채널들과 플로팅 채널을 포함하는 멀티 채널들의 신호를 샘플링하고 샘플링 신호를 제공하는 샘플링 회로;
상기 샘플링 신호를 미리 설정된 순서에 따라 아날로그 디지털 컨버터에 출력하는 멀티플렉서; 및
상기 샘플링 신호를 디지털 데이터로 변환하는 아날로그 디지털 컨버터;를 포함하고,
상기 일반 채널들을 통해서 표시 패널의 픽셀들의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제1 기간에 제1 기준 전압을 상기 플로팅 채널에 제공하고,
상기 제1 기간에 상기 제1 기준 전압을 상기 플로팅 채널에 공급하는 제1 스위치를 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
소스 드라이버의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제2 기간에 제2 기준 전압을 상기 일반 채널들과 상기 플로팅 채널에 제공하는 소스 드라이버. - 삭제
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 스위치는 상기 제1 기간에 턴온되고, 소스 드라이버의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제2 기간에 턴오프되는 소스 드라이버. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
소스 드라이버의 특성을 감지하기 위한 제2 기간에 제2 기준 전압을 상기 일반 채널들과 상기 플로팅 채널에 공급하는 제2 스위치들을 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 스위치들은 상기 제2 기간에 턴온되고, 상기 제1 기간에 턴오프되는 소스 드라이버. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 플로팅 채널의 디지털 데이터를 고정된 디지털 코드로 처리하는 데이터 처리부를 더 포함하는 소스 드라이버.
