Abstract
본 발명의 마이크로캡슐 분말을 이용한 자가치유 방수공법에 따르면, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트를 캡슐화한 마이크로캡슐 분말을 포함하는 방수재를 이용한 방수공법을 구현하여 방수도막의 균열부위에서 마이크로캡슐에 포함된 에틸렌비닐아세테이트가 경화되면서 자가치유를 가능케 한 효과가 있다.

지금까지 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 마이크로캡슐 분말을 이용한 자가치유 방수공법의 구성 및 작용을 상기 설명 및 도면에 표현하였지만 이는 예를 들어 설명한 것에 불과하여 본 발명의 사상이 상기 설명 및 도면에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변화 및 변경이 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (8)
- 마이크로캡슐 분말을 이용한 자가치유 방수공법으로서,
구조물의 작업대상면을 평탄 처리하고 불순물을 제거하는, 전처리 단계;
상기 작업대상면에 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylene vinyl acetate)를 포함하는 마이크로캡슐 분말을 포함하는 방수재를 도포하는, 방수 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 방수재는,
우레아 수지, 에폭시 수지, 우레탄 수지 및 아크릴 수지 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 수지 베이스 30 내지 60 중량부와, 에틸렌초산비닐(Ethylene vinyl acetate) 20 내지 60 중량부 및, 라임스톤(limestone), 탄산마그네슘(magnesium carbonate) 및 탈크(Talc) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 필러 1 내지 10 중량부와, 상기 마이크로캡슐 분말 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 방수공법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로캡슐 분말은,
에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylene vinyl acetate)를 포함하는 코어(core) 및
상기 코어를 둘러싸는 것으로서 우레아-포름알데히드 수지(urea-formaldehyde resin)를 포함하는 쉘(shell)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 방수공법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로캡슐 분말은,
에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylene vinyl acetate) 30 내지 50 중량부와 에탄올(ethanol) 50 내지 70 중량부를 혼합하여 코어 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 코어 용액에 우레아(urea), 포름알데히드(formaldehyde) 및 계면활성제를 첨가하고 중합하여 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 단계;
제조된 마이크로캡슐을 분말화하는 단계;를 통해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 방수공법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리 단계와 상기 방수 단계 사이에는,
상기 작업대상면의 상면에 프라이머를 도포하는, 프라이머 도포 단계;가 포함되고,
상기 방수 단계는,
상기 프라이머가 도포된 작업대상면에 상기 방수재를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 방수공법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방수재는,
활성백토(activated clay)를 포함하는 흡습성 강화제 1 내지 10 중량부를 더 포함하여,
상기 수지 베이스 30 내지 60 중량부, 상기 에틸렌초산비닐(Ethylene vinyl acetate) 20 내지 60 중량부, 상기 필러 1 내지 10 중량부, 상기 마이크로캡슐 분말 1 내지 10 중량부 및 상기 흡습성 강화제 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자가치유 방수공법. - 삭제
