Claims (15)
- 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물을 반-최종 형상(semi-final shape) 또는 최종 형상(final shape)으로 전환하기 위한 사출 단계를 포함하고,
상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물은 주어진 국소 압력 및 주어진 가공 온도에서 전환되고,
상기 가공 온도는 중합체 수지의 PVT 그래프로부터 결정되는 상압에서의 상기 중합체 수지의 결정화 온도보다 높고,
상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물에 적용되는 상기 국소 압력은 상기 결정화 온도를 주어진 용융 가공 온도를 향해 또는 적어도 주어진 용융 가공 온도까지 증가시키도록 선택되고,
상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물이 노출되는 유로의 국소 압력은 유로의 적어도 일 부분에 대한 국소 압력 프로필의 함수에 의해 변경되고,
상기 국소 압력 프로필의 함수는 상기 유로의 일 부분에 대한 국소 전단 변형 또는 국소 신장 변형에 대한 상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 반응에 의해 상기 반-최종 형상(semi-final shape)또는 상기 최종 형상(final shape)이 원하는 기능적 성능을 가지도록 결정되고,
상기 유로의 국소 압력은 상기 유로의 치수 구조에 의해 변형되고,
상기 치수 구조는 상기 유로의 길이, 유로의 단면 기하 구조 또는 유로의 지름을 포함하는 중합체 물품의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주어진 가공 온도는 상기 중합체 수지의 대응하는 PVT 그래프로부터 결정되는 상압에서의 상기 중합체 수지의 결정화 온도보다 5 내지 40℃ 높은 범위 내인 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적용되는 국소 압력이 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 결정화 온도를 주어진 용융 가공 온도를 향해 또는 적어도 여기까지 증가시키도록 0 내지 500 MPa 범위 내로 선택되는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
취입에 의해 사전성형품을 이축 연신함으로써 용기를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물은 사출을 위해 적어도 0.375의 적용된 바이센베르그(Weissenberg)수 및 사출을 위해 적어도 0.75의 데보라(Deborah)수를 가지고, 폴리에스테르계 중합체는 35000 내지 143000 g/mol의 MW를 갖는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유로의 치수 구조의 변경은 고온 러너 시스템 내의 유로를 변경하는 것인 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 유로가 유로의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 국소 압력 프로필의 함수로서 변경되며, 상기 국소 압력 프로필의 함수는 유로의 적어도 상기 부분에 걸쳐 적용되는 국소 전단 및/또는 신장 변형에 대한 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 최적화된 반응의 함수로서 결정되는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물이 노출되는 유로의 국소 압력은 유로의 적어도 일 부분에 대한 국소 압력 프로필의 함수에 의해 변경되고,
상기 국소 압력 프로필의 함수는 유로의 일 부분에 대해 요구되는 임계 전단 응력의 함수로서 결정되는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
중합체 물질이 수득되는 배합물 또는 화합물의 Mw를 증가시키지 않으면서 더 낮은 ω1(저장 계수(G'(ω)) 및 손실 계수(G"(ω))의 교차점)을 수득하기 위해 상이한 MW를 갖는 복수의 중합체 물질의 배합 또는 화합으로 생성되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물에 대해 전단 및/또는 신장 변형을 적용하면서 사전성형 주형 내 폴리에스테르계 중합체를 사전성형품으로 전환하기 위한 사출 단계를 포함하며, 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물에 대한 전단 및/또는 신장 변형의 적용은 유로의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 국소 압력 프로필의 함수로서 용융 반-결정형 중합체의 유로를 선택적으로 변경하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 국소 압력 프로필은 유로의 적어도 상기 부분에 걸쳐 적용되는 국소 전단 및/또는 신장 변형에 대한 폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 최적화된 반응의 함수로서 결정되는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르계 중합체 용융물의 유로가 유로의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 국소 압력 프로필의 함수로서 변경되며, 상기 국소 압력 프로필의 함수는 유로의 적어도 상기 부분에 걸쳐 요구되는 임계 전단 응력의 함수로서 결정되는 방법. - 삭제
