Claims (16)
- 차량의 자율주행에 필요한 전장부품(110)을 냉각하는 시스템으로서,
전장부품(110)을 자체의 냉각 구조를 통해 냉각하는 제1 시스템(200)과, 차량 실내 공조를 수행하는 냉매 사이클을 이용하여 전장부품(110)을 냉각하는 제2 시스템(300)과, 제1 시스템(200) 또는 제2 시스템(300)에 대해 별도의 냉매 또는 냉각수 사이클을 이용하여 전장부품(110)을 냉각하는 제3 시스템(400) 중에서,
적어도 2가지 이상의 시스템을 적용하여 전장부품(110)을 냉각하도록 구성되고,
상기 제3 시스템(400)을 유동하는 제1 냉각수라인(424);
상기 제2 시스템(300)을 유동하는 제2 냉각수라인(325);
상기 제1 냉각수라인(424) 및 제2 냉각수라인(325)에 연결되며, 전장부품(110)과 열교환된 냉각수의 유동 통로인 제3 냉각수라인(501); 및
상기 제3 냉각수라인(501)을 제1 냉각수라인(424)과 제2 냉각수라인(325)에 선택적으로 연통시키는 듀얼쿨링 밸브(500)를 포함하며,

상기 제3 시스템(400) 및 제2 시스템(300)이 서로 연동하여 상기 전장부품(110)을 순환하는 냉각수를 선택적으로 냉각하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 시스템(300)은 상기 제1 시스템(200) 및 제3 시스템(400)을 보조하여 선택적으로 전장부품(110)을 순환하는 냉각수를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 시스템(200), 제3 시스템(400) 및 제2 시스템(300) 중 선택된 적어도 2개의 시스템의 상태를 감지하는 센싱 수단; 및
상기 제1 시스템(200), 제3 시스템(400) 및 제2 시스템(300) 중 선택된 적어도 2개의 시스템 간의 통신을 수행하는 통신 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 시스템(200), 제3 시스템(400) 및 제2 시스템(300) 중 선택된 적어도 2개의 시스템에 있어서, 하나의 시스템이 고장시 이를 감지하고 나머지 시스템이 이를 보완하여 전장부품(110)의 열관리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 수단이 감지하는 시스템의 상태는 온도 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 시스템(300)의 상태를 감지하고 작동을 제어하는 온도 조절 헤드(350); 및
상기 제3 시스템(400)의 상태를 감지하고 작동을 제어하는 독립형 컨트롤러(450)를 구비하고,

전장부품(110)과 열교환된 냉각수의 유동 통로이며 상기 제2 칠러(316)를 통과하는 제2 냉각수라인(325)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 냉각수라인(325)에서 분지되어 제2 칠러(316)를 바이패스하는 제2 분지라인(321)과, 상기 제2 분지라인(321)에 구비되어 공기와 냉각수를 열교환시키는 제2 저온 라디에이터(319)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 열관리 시스템. - 삭제
