Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 헤드 및 라이너를 포함하는 인공고관절에 있어서
상기 헤드 및 상기 라이너 중 적어도 어느 하나는,
제1상으로 지르코니아 및 제2상으로 알루미나를 포함하는 복합체로부터 이루어지는 것으로,
상기 제1상의 함량은 65 내지 70 중량%의 범위와;
상기 제2상의 함량은 30 내지 35 중량%의 범위를 포함하고,
상기 복합체의 평균 입자크기는 150㎚ ~ 200㎚의 범위이고, 상기 복합체의 평균 입자크기의 입도 분포가 60% 이상이고,
상기 헤드 및 상기 라이너 각각은 하기의 조건식 1을 모두 만족하며,

Ra ≤ 0.05㎛
여기서, RH는 헤드의 외부 직경이고, La1는 라이너 상부 정상 내부 표면의 홈 직경이고, La2는 라이너 내부 표면의 홈 직경이며, Ra는 산술평균 표면거칠기를 의미하고, 상기 RH와 상기 La2가 일치하여 단면도로 보았을 때 면접촉하고, 면접촉되는 두께(W)는 2 내지 3mm 범위내이고,
상기 헤드 및 상기 라이너의 비마모량이 0.5 × 10-8㎣/Nm 이하를 가지며, 적어도 800MPa 이상의 굽힘 강도, 5 g/㎠ 이상의 밀도, 탄성률 800 ~ 1000 MPa 범위내 포함되고 피로파괴균열이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
