Claims (10)
- 폴리올레핀;
밀도가 0.8~0.9g/ml이고, 177℃에서의 점도가 50,000~200,000cps이고, 융점이 55~65℃이고, 하기 식에 따른 A가 500~3,000인 제1 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머; 및
밀도가 0.8~0.9g/ml이고, 177℃에서의 점도가 100~18,500cps이고, 융점이 70~85℃이고, 하기 식에 따른 A가 5~220인 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머;를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 중 적어도 하나는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 인터폴리머(interpolymer)를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 공중합체로 이루어지고,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물 중 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 함량은 각각 10~20중량% 및 0.1~10중량%이고,
상기 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머를 전구체로 하되, 상기 전구체를 용융, 열분해하여 상기 전구체의 밀도, 점도 및 융점을 조절하여 제조되는,

상기 식에서,
D는 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 밀도(g/ml)이고,
V는 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 177℃에서의 점도(cps)이고,
Tm은 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 융점(℃)이다. - 삭제

상기 폴리올레핀 공중합체는 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 인터폴리머(interpolymer)의 주쇄 중 적어도 일부에 그라프트된 기능성 모노머를 더 포함하는,

상기 기능성 모노머는 아크릴산, 무수말레인산, 스티렌 무수말레인산 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인,
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 공중합체 중 상기 기능성 모노머의 함량은 1~10중량%인,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 함량에 대한 상기 제2 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 함량의 비는 0.1~0.5인,

상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 탈크, 점토, 카오린, 마이카, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 금속염, 실리카 및 이들 중 2 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 무기입자를 더 포함하는,
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물 중 상기 무기입자의 함량은 1~20중량%인,
열가소성 수지 조성물.
